First saw this place in September of last year, regret not going there sooner. Got the Grilled Vietnamese beef sub which was amazing, and it was one of the countless options on their menu. Friendly hardworking people running the business, a go to lunch spot during the work week!

Excellent beef sate sub, wasn't busy on a Friday late
Well, the food was horrible. Mainly I could taste the old oil the food was cooked with. It tasted very bad mainly because of the old oil they used . Horrible. It opened my eye to reduce my outsode eating as I dont know how they are cooking the food in their kitchen.

I have had their Vietnamese sub, hot and sour soup and breakfast sandwich and they are nothing short of incredible and the prices are excellent. I HIGHLY recommend this hidden gem for your breakfast or lunch, you will not be disappointed. The breakfast sandwich is utterly phenomenal, 100 times better than Tim Horton's, McDonalds or A&W.

Hubby ordered a sate beef sub for take out on his way home afterwork. Although the beef was tender and flavourful i was disappointed with the bun, it was not the traditional banh mi baguette that im use to, seems like it was just a brown sub bun. I think I would order my viet sub from somewhere else.
