Apple Inn Chinese Restaurant

Great food. Small place... only seats 35 people and no air conditioning. It was uncomfortable eating spicy food in a hot restaurant. We ordered drinks and took a long time since there was only 1 server. I would recommend ordering less because portions are large and pre order so when you show up they have the dishes you want. It was 530pm when our table of 12 came. They had ran out of 2 items we wanted. Take out might be the route we go next time.

The Apple Inn closed two months ago, and a new Chinese restaurant is there in its place. I can't read the name, which is only in Mandarin. I walked in yesterday evening, and walked out again half an hour later without ordering. The lone waitress was very busy, I get that. She was serving one table of eight, another of three and another of two. But then a table of five came in after me; they were all served their water and their first hot dish before the waitress even came to speak to me. That was when I walked out. I have no idea whether the food is good or not.

Not a fancy place but large portions and we've never had a bad meal.

Got my order wrong called them on the phone and they hung up on me ended up going into the restaurant staff argued with me then I asked for a refund. They refused remade my order twice and still couldn't get it rite. Finally after having to lose my temper they gave me a refund.By far the worst experience I've ever had at restaurant.Not impressed will never come here again.STAY AWAY!

Wor wonton soup was decent. Mostly long noodles, only a couple wontons. Most Chinese restaurants when you order a large will include two containers, but this was just one; which is not a big deal because the soup is only $14.

We ordered for dinner online for pick up. We had very low expectations due to the reviews but was the only place open at 9pm on a Saturday and it turned out to be amazing! We really loved the taste, the portions and price! We ordered fried rice (mouth melting), Szechuan style pork and sweet and sour chicken. Everything was delicious ? Definitely ordering again.

Awful. Vegetables were raw and pieces were way too big to be a mouthful. All dishes came with a horrible brown sauce that tasted like goop and so all the dishes tasted the same even though we ordered 4 different dishes. Eating it because I don't want to waste food especially not after what I just paid for it.I'm not even sure if this hungover food worthy.

Ordered sweet and sour pork , ginger beef and chow mein with vegetables I got raw uncooked vegetables that are basically straight out of the garden hard and crunchy and I got pork balls fried with a little tiny bit of sweet-and-sour sauce poured on top of them.Pretty much the worst 50 bucks I’ve ever spent in Calgary the only thing that was good was a quick delivery, but that doesn’t surprise me since they Saved time by not cooking my vegetables.
