Wasas not impressed by the manager's intense management style in handling the situation.Maybe having a bad day.?.Kudos to the waitresses for handling an evening of a very intense manager. It was a great experience for me being a first timer to dine in. We went there last Saturday with my friends and it was amazing customer service we had with nicoj, he is so wonderful, approachable and very pleasant to deal with. I would tell my friends to visit this location and experience the same thing.

Where do I begin. Yestersay (March 23, 2024) as boyfriend, sister in law and I walk into Applebee's. It took a couple of minutes to be greeted. Upon being greeted, we all wanted to be in the lounge, but I asked if it was possible to be seated in a booth. It seemed a big deal. Another hostess or waitress approached the greeting station, and she began to say don't put us in Maria's section. She will be pissed and have a fit. We then said if it is a problem we can sit at a table. One hostess finally seated us at the booth. Once we were seated, it took a long time to be greeted by our waitress. Once our waitress came to our table, we ordered our drinks. We also proceeded to order everything at once. When our waitress came back with our food, she asked us if we needed anything else, and we all said our drinks. I was very disappointed in my main dish and looked nothing like the main completely different, I get that nothing ever looks like the menu it looked unappetizing. The cripsy onion was way overcooked, more like burnt. I got sick and ended up throwing up when I got home. For me, it was my first time ever going to Applebee's and the worst experience ever. There is more to this, but I got the main parts. I definitely will not be back!!!

Disappointed with the service I experience on two occasions. I find my self sitting in your restaurant too long without a drink or menu.1st occasion: 16 minutes….2nd occasion: 12 minutes…..My Husband and I order a schooner ?each time we come.1st occasion: There was a big chip in the top of the glass. Ready to cut my lips ?2nd occasion: We ordered a schooner ? and got a pint.The waitress the first occasion had bad customers service. I been liking applebees for years!! I was surprised when you closed your Sunridge location. I suggest more training to make the customer service experience better.

I have no idea how to start. However we ordered 4 Bahama Mama not our first time so we know what to expect and what we got wasn't it( the waitress came oh the fruit fell of your glass I will get one for you after) the drink didn't taste like it should this was mentioned to the waitress, there was a sorry nothing else two of the drinks went back to the kitchen as it came out . Kids were getting wrestles so we ask if the kids food (chicken strips ) could be brought out before the adults. I don't know how this was taken but the response seem on the defense all the food will be brought out when it's ready. Food received total meltdown averted, we ask some water for the table greeted with how much water do you need ( I thought this was a common courtesy for everyone at a restaurant ) someone else walked around ask how was everything and if we need box we said yes to the boxes they disappeared no boxes. Our kids meal came with dessert, they were already out the door when the waitress came around to ask if we needed the dessert. We ordered it came in glass containers we indicated to the empty table and ask for it in to go containers. It was poured from the glass container into the plastic container then place on the table without take out spoons, which I ask for at the front they said they didn't have any. I mentioned this was the worst service overall ever and I was greeted with thank you have a great night. We have one Applebees left in the city and would love if service could be better. Food was mediocre. My sweet chill chicken strips where hard and the macaroni cheese wasn't creamy as the norm. Overall disappointment between our two families we spent over 300 dollars and both service and food was poorly executed !
