Apprentice Cafe is an absolute gem in the heart of downtown! My wife and I stopped in for coffee and were thoroughly impressed—not only by the rich flavors in our drinks but by the cozy ambiance, the downtown view, and the genuine friendliness of the staff. We ordered a hot Vanilla Latte and a Caramel Latte, and from the very first sip, we knew we were in for something special. The taste was unmatched, with a depth and quality you don’t find in typical syrups. When we asked about it, the server explained they prepare their syrups in-house, using only high-quality ingredients, which truly elevates the flavor.
The cafe itself is small, but immaculately clean and well-kept, including a spotless kitchen area in plain view. Even though I wasn’t particularly hungry, the atmosphere and attention to detail inspired me to try their Roasted Chicken Sandwich. The server offered to customize it, and it was easily one of the best sandwiches I’ve had—made even better by the fact that they bake their buns fresh in-house! Apprentice Cafe has officially earned a spot on my list of favorite cafes in town. If you’re a coffee or food enthusiast, this place is a must-visit.
I had the pleasure of discovering this adorable little café yesterday while out on a dog walk with a friend. We spotted their cute little patio and decided to pop in for some coffee and a snack. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious, and the hazelnut mocha was simply out of this world! The gentleman working there was so friendly, which made our visit even better. I can't recommend this charming spot enough!

I just moved into the neighborhood recently and have never been here before. It's a bustling and cheerful place serving up great customer service with a side of delicious coffee and mouth watering breakfast sandwiches ?? I tried a drink special, tumeric and cardamom latte; it was the perfect serving size. To eat I asked the dude to surprise me, just nothing with mayo. I can't recall what he made, but damn ? again perfect serving size and leaving me wanting more. There is some seating inside, and more seating outside, but I opted for the picnic table across the street at the local park ☺️ it's one of the last warm days of the year I'm sure. Ramsay Rules ??❤️

My wife and I occasionally pick a random cafe to experience. This past Saturday we chose the cozy corner Apprentice Cafe and absolutely loved it. Their location has a wonderful view of the city, the breakfast sandwich was amazing, the seasonal drink did not disappoint, and the pistachio ice cream was delicious! Our conversation with Ryan who served us made our time there the most enjoyable! Decidedly the best experience of all the cafes we’ve gone to so far. We’ll be back for another visit soon.

What a pretty little corner for a delicious snack ! It's a tight space inside but they make up for it with a friendly staff offering you absolutely delicious foccacia sandwiches (we had the mushroom and cherry tomato ones, and thanks for those amazing vegetarian options !) Very good matcha latte as well :)

We went today, it's a great little place. Almost all their products are made in house. They don't have a public washroom, go to the bathroom before you visit if you're going to stay.
Unfriendly, no washroom for the public...so they say.
