Apprentice Cafe: a little taste of Italy in Ramsay. They serve some amazing sandwiches!! The owner, a former cook in Italy, makes everything from scratch, including the fluffy focaccia 🤤, desserts, and even the ice cream. This dedication to homemade quality really shines through. Everything we ordered was delicious.

11/10 place. The two behind the counter are always cheerful and the food they crank out is absolutely delicious. My husband and I have been coming for a few months now pretty regularly and we’re always happy. Cute local spot. One of my favorites in the city. Also, the pistachio ice cream is to die for 😭

Omg! This place is incredible!!! I had a kombucha and pulled pork sandwich! So delicious 🤤
But the most remarkable is the Calgary view from here…. Omg omg omg ❤️ so much pleasure. Thank you!🙏🏻
