After seeing them on the too good to go app.I reserved a surprise bag. Walked 10 blocks in minus twenty windchill to be told there was nothing. after getting upset she gave me a sand and some kind of pastry didn't even offer coffee when I tossed the 2 items and was leaving she still gaslighted me saying I shouldn't be upset and then poured me a coffee to go ...a little acknowledgment would have went a long way ... never again...
Cute little coffee shop serving the community space and neighborhood.
Friendly service and staff.
Limited menu - a few coffees, bottled drinks, sandwiches, snacks.
I had a hibiscus tea, which was very good!
Seating almost non-existent - not a good option in challenging weather.

We came across Aroma Cafe Bar when we brought our daughter for French classes in cSpace. My husband had a quesadilla and I had the Mexican hot chocolate with carrot cake. The food is incredible. The quesadilla was the best my husband has had and it was so nice that they brought out our food to us. We also ended up buying some salsa they recently started selling. Highly recommend and we will be coming again!

The worst experience I've ever had. I was in this small place called a cafe with my friend, but on Instagram we saw a completely different beautiful cafe, but the address led us to a worse version of this cafe (why one address for two cafes?) Next, I saw a woman preparing an order ( tacos) touched her personal belongings (a bag) and then with the same hands, without washing them, continued to prepare food for people.
Also we waited a very long time for our two hot chocolate because the lady forgot my friend's order.
We drank some “overpriced hot chocolate” and had to throw away the rest. We were shocked why the Canadian sanitary station does not inspect such establishments, because there is complete unsanitary conditions there. I do not recommend it to anyone, unfortunately.

Great little cafe with Mexican food, which I had not expected. My family and I tried the burritos, all of which were great

Very unique indoor/outdoor coffee shop with a French bistro feel in a great old sandstone building and vast outdoor space. However, it's owned and operated as an authentic fresh small batch Mexican food.
The vibe = French bistro. The food = authentic Mexican.
Great service but they can get overwhelmed quickly. You might be waiting a bit for your food.

We recently celebrated my parents' 80th joint birthday party at Aroma, and it was an unforgettable experience. The restaurant truly made this special occasion extraordinary with its exceptional service, delicious cuisine, and warm atmosphere.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the staff, who went out of their way to ensure every detail was perfect. The ambiance of the restaurant is inviting, with elegant decor that reflects a modern Canadian feel. The cozy yet sophisticated setting provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration.
Instead of a traditional menu, there was a set buffet, which was nothing short of amazing. The buffet featured an impressive array of dishes, with the tacos being a standout. Each taco was expertly crafted with fresh ingredients, offering a variety of fillings that delighted all our guests. The flavors were vibrant and authentic, making the buffet a highlight of the evening.
What truly set Aroma apart was the outstanding service. The staff was attentive and accommodating, ensuring that our large group was comfortable and had everything we needed. They even surprised my parents with a special dessert platter and a heartfelt birthday serenade, which added a personal touch to the celebration.
Overall, Aroma exceeded all our expectations. The combination of delicious food, beautiful ambiance, and exceptional service made my parents' 80th birthday party a joyous and memorable event. I highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion – they truly know how to make their guests feel celebrated and special.

Aroma is my favorite spot for Mexican food in Calgary. The food there is always fresh and the flavors are as authentic as in the best restaurants in Mexico City. Their specialty coffees and teas combined with the fresh pastries are delicious. The space is bright and welcoming. The staff will always meet you with a smile and treat you as if they've known you for your entire life.I highly recommend Aroma Cafe Bar for any occasion.

The tacos were fresh and delicious, the beer was cold and the service was friendly. They also had a 3 piece Jazz band which nicely added to the vibe. I’ll be back.
We had no idea what this location was all about, we were lead here via the YYC Hot Chocolate Fest and Aroma's entry, a Spicy Mexican Hot Chocolate with Buñuelos. Located in a place called cSpace. Not the coziest but a neat place to hang for a bit, and the hot chocolate was great!
