If you are used to not having salty dishes... then this place is not for you. Our family got health issues and cant have too much salt. We find the food salty. If you have regular diet I guess it won't be. Their servings are pretty big. See pics. The food is very delicious.We ordered both dimsum and entrees!

Just had lunch in the restaurant with my wife. The food is way-beyond our expectation. Weird taste! Most dim sum are not fresh. Some materials were definitely bad. Had only 1/3 dishes we ordered. Both of us felt disgusting and wanna vomit half hour later.

Yum yum Dim Sum..... and lots of other stuff!AROMA has a decent selection of congee, chow mein/noodle dishes and dim sum - all of the fan favorites are on the menu. AROMA doesn't have the traditional push cart system to serving dim sum but has opted for the newer pencil and paper check box version. The dinner menu is typical of most traditional Chinese restaurants and the menu is fairly large. One of my favorites is the Fried rice with Shrimp tomatoe sauce and chicken cream sauce.The restaurant isn't huge but still a decent size. If you are a frequent patron of traditional Chinese restaurants, then you'll understand when I say they don't always have the best or friendliest service but I found it quite different at AROMA. I've been to AROMA several times for dim sum and for dinner and, to date, I have always had a good experience. Staff has been friendly and food has been put out in a timely and quick manner.AROMA has quickly become one our family's go to dim sum and dinner spots.

You don’t expect such a big place! First time we were going today after living in the area for almost 10 years. Staff was nice and quick and food was good! Portions were enormous for rice and noodles. You could honestly eat 3x. Total came to $75 but considering you have food for 3 days, it’s really cheap!Edit: went back again today and must admit that some of their dishes are rather cheaply made and taste just ok. Ie: anything with pork feels and taste very very cheap. Their ginger beef is also so so.

Their dim sum is top notch! This is coming from someone who goes to Markham/Toronto often for food trips. You can really taste the freshness and quality in each bite. Generous portions when it comes to the fillings in the har gow, shumai, and baos. Will come again next time we're in Calgary!

Our friends invited us for brunch. It's our first time trying the dim sums and fried noodle here. They all tasted good. And the services were great. We'll certainly come back to try the other signature dishes in the near future.
