Asking the waitress we were told : NO, THIS IS YOUR ODER.^ AFTER the caucasian owner gave us 2 deep fried pieces, "compliment of the house". We both were sick from it. I was sick with stomach for 5days. THE "FOOD" was BAD, very BAD. PLS. listen to NOT recommendation to ASIAN BISTRO.

Beyond bad! The worst service I've come across! Waited for 11/2 hour before we asked how much longer before we're served. Manager got defensive and replied that there's nothing he can do and suggested we go back and cook the food ourselves if we want to eat - quite unbelievable. The restaurant wasn't busy and prioritized the take outs. We left after the rude exchange.
Responding to the Response of my review: It is disappointing when there is no sincere apology for the terrible service we received while dining in your restaurant. Your response is defensive as you "saw on the video" that we were rude to your staff. No one was rude to the lovely young asian girl and the very nice asian woman from the kitchen. The white male waiter was rude and boorish, "you go back there and cook it yourself if you want to eat." And, he continued to raise his voice at us saying it's not his fault and there's nothing he can do.... etc. We were tremendously patient and asked him when our food will be ready after 1 and a half hours. I can honestly say his response is a novel one, as I never had such vitriol from a member in the hospitality industry (in any city or country globally!!) The restaurant being 3/4 full Is not an excuse for the 1.5 hours not receiving the order - I'm sure you would agree with that. I saw another customer unhappy about waiting for his order and your video will certainly show that!! I've just read many of your responses to one-star ratings and you're very reluctant to accept what customers experienced and accuse the rater of being wrong and even lying. As you did with my review, falsely accused us of being rude to your staff and another staff member stepping in to stop it. Saving face this way is petty - just simply apologize for the terrible service and leave it at that, and you not taking accountability made it worst.

Ordered two item fried rice and beef brocolli, almost 1hr waiting and still nofood. Serversaid they have lots of takeout and big table (8pleople) plus 3 other table of 2 per. We walked away becasuse the server have no idea when our food is coming out

I came across this place on Google and I think I found a new favorite. We ordered a feast of Tom yum soup, lemon grass chicken, ginger beef and beef/broccoli, along with shaking beef.
Everything was delicious, decent price and we will return!

We had dinner last night by accident and we are glad we did. The kid's meal quite huge. My daughter loves the chicken soup and the wonton is so crispy. The special fried rice is filling. The pho is savoury and the porkchop with rice tasted good as well. The women's washroom is clean. The place is warm and cozy, it could also pass as a cafe where you can make good conversations. The price is affordable too. Service took time as there was a box full takeout orders before us and they are short staffed. The owner is nice and welcoming. I definitely recommend this place and please support them.

The new owners and staff have revitalized what was once a nightmare, into what I can only describe as near perfect quality. With an extremely positive welcoming front staff, rest assured the kitchen matches the front of house in quality and friendliness. I personally order the "special" beef soup and genuinely can't find a single complaint. Great portions of everything, and the broth flavour is past excellence,
