Our family of 7 went to this buffet which we have been there before. Well this time the food was absolutely disgusting how they can serve people food that had been sitting for god knows how long. This place should be shut down staff didn’t even come and ask how things were probably because they already know the food is gross. How this restaurant is able to stay open is beyond me do yourself and your family a favour STAY AWAY for this place. We ended up not even being able to eat and decided to leave and go somewhere else for food.

When it comes to a buffet one can only hope for the best. I never really found a buffet that the food was bad just different cooks. I should’ve read the reviews of this restaurant at the Asian buffet on Bonaventure beforehand I organized a birthday party for 14 people on August 22, 25 I specifically chose this restaurant as they offered crab legs or crab jumbo shrimp, which I sold to my guest and friends as we love crab as shrimp at $36 a plate yeah it would be worthwhile going there Not only when I booked the reservation explained we were coming because of our deal. I even phoned three hours before our arrival as I told him we are coming for the shrimp and crab. Make sure you’re stocked up if you would please.
What we received were no crab legs at all, but only the claws I kid you not to fight to get into a car to get the crumbs out of it while you can imagine it wasn’t worth it I myself went up there, grabbed what I could, and mention to the worker that you need more crab by the way When they restocked it again, it was all claws. There were no crab legs at all When I walked into the restaurant two weeks prior, they showed me a picture of crab legs that were approximately over a foot long. I am not happy about this at all. Mind you we paid our bill and we left. I did try the Chinese food as well. It was awesome. As far as I was concerned the staff were very polite. I am just disappointed in false advertising, and I believe that’s exactly what this was. My guest said they would not eat the crab that they served and yet that’s what we came for all you can eat crab, shrimp, and everything else. When about to leave a review, I know everybody’s complaining about this restaurant and all their ads are still posted. Obviously they’re not doing nothing to get those ads removed or do they care? Unless I get a callback from their company, this ad is going to stay live. Yeah, I believe this is a business decision to do exactly what they did and falsely advertise that they have free crab legs all you can eat. Very disappointed Scott

We got there at 11:30 am thinking food would be hot and fresh. It was cold and soggy. Ginger beef was soggy and chewy and everything else was lukewarm at best. Service was slow. Best part of the meal was the glass of ice water. Food quality very poor

I didn’t like this place, 1) Customer Service is very bad, workers are tough and sometimes rude . 2) food quality is less than average and cleanliness is doubtful, last time I had colics and Tommy discomfort after dining there . 3) Hidden charges are surprisingly added to the bill like 10% service charge and they keep asking the customer to pay tips on top of this service charge Will not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

So dirty. Right from the stacks of boxes and old decorations at the entry to the table cloths looking as if they are never changed, this place made my skin crawl. The washrooms had toilet paper everywhere, greasy hand prints on the stalls and several unflushed toilets. The food was mushy and everything tastes the same. For $36 per person it was super underwhelming.

This is the most awful place I have ever ate Chinese Food. When we walked in, there was NO friendly service. A waiter brought us water, never asked if we would like anything else to drink. In fact, thruout our time being there, and I mean VERY BRIEFT TIME BEING THERE, we never seen a server period. All the food had 0 flavor, it was either soggy, obercokked, burnt or not worth eating. When I got to the til to pay, I was asked how it was, it told him flat out, it was not good... the prices say for $23.99 for the age my kids were but got charged adult prices. It cost me $103 for jack we ate! 🤮🤢🤮🤢 plus we are week all not feeling way today! My suggestion, find somewhere else to eat! I will be calling them tomorrow

Terrible food for the price they are charging. It is a Mandarin Restaurant wannabe. They tried to have a similar menu but the food was either burnt or waaaay too salty. Service was ok. They were friendly but not attentive. It seemed like there was too much to do and too little staff. The restaurant itself is old. There were boxes stacked floor to ceiling in the lobby, as well as broken backdrop walls. It seemed as if they were an event rental storage too. Overall an expensive dinner that was not worth the price at all.
