“Had dinner here in June 2025. Food and service were both excellent. We had vegetarian spring rolls, tofu mushrooms and broccoli and ROASTED BEEF FRIED WIDE NOODLE. All of the dishes were great, as well as the relaxed ambiance of the restaurant. Great place to go for a nice meal. This is a hidden gem!“

“This place is a small gem that appears underrated. The staff is friendly and served us a delicious lunch with a juicy grilled burger and home-style Korean lunch. We stopped by after a long flight into Calgary and it was the perfect spot. You can see small airplanes landing and taking off, too.“

“I've just come back to Canada after some years and noticed that Roc's had opened near where my parents lived and wanted to try it - really glad I did! Very delicious food and prompt service - the Halo-Halo was especially delicious! Will definitely be back next time we are in Calgary.“

“Not too bad. Been out of the country, so 1st visit in about 5 years. Thought the butter chicken looked different than before, wonder if they changed something with it. Flavours were good. Also had their Crispy Chicken but my wife said it wasn’t spicy enough. Samosa’s were passable but the dipping sauce they come with was very good.“

“Located in the food court of the centennial building, this place has plenty of seating area and staff are friendly. I usually go for the lunch combo where you get a choice of rice or noodles, 1 meat item and 1 veggie item. All very fresh and decent size lunch box for 13.99“

“We just tried this for lunch today, it’s amazingly good for that price. There are so many kinds of food to choose from, and it even has 10+ types of dim sum. Some dim sum are not even low end stuff. Salad bar has shrimps and mussels, and unfortunately we couldn’t try all. The place was huge and so much space between tables so we did’t feel cramped and pressure to leave.
The staff did an amazing job keeping things organized and empty dishes were done in seconds. They were also very polite as well. Overall we would love to go back.“

“Wonderful restaurant with delicious food! The owner made a special soup when our daughter asked for a dish that wasn’t on the menu. He came out to check that it was to her liking, which is definitely was! Highly recommend visiting this local business with the kindest owner. We would love to return to Tibet Kitchen and explore more menu delights when we visit Calgary again.“

“Absolutely love it here. We came here on our vacation and brought our family. The staff are wonderful. They even offered to warm up my grandsons milk bottle. They answered our questions to make sure everyone knew how the menu works. The food is fabulous. And the variety is great. My kids asked if we can go again when we come back. Definitely returning“

“Not a bad place if you want to have all you can eat. Some of the stuff were really good. Others, not so much. But the overall experience was fair. I would go back, but it won't be on the top of my list though!

“Although it was hard to find parking, it was definitely worth it. The wait was not too long and the ice cream was really good. They offer a fairly large variety of toppings and ice cream choices so that you can really make your own. It was quite pricy however. I recommend the triple threat!“

“We just found this lovely restaurant. Loved that they don’t use MSG, nor super sweet sauces. It’s rare! Good clean food. We ordered ginger beef, Szechuan noodles, Szechuan veggies, brisket and tendon. All were good, especially the iconic Calgary specialty dish - ginger beef. We will dine in next time and perhaps try out the lunch buffet.“

“We love this place even though it’s very simple. The Peking duck is amazing, the soup they serve along with the duck is very delicious. The portions are big, and the complimentary green jasmine tea is served by default. Deserts are also great“

“This place is amazing. The food is top tier, no joke. You will not miss the meat if you’re a meat eater like me. Honestly my go-to for sushi and salad dressings. A gem more people need to know about! Very accommodating for food sensitivities and lifestyles. I wish I could give 10/5 stars. (I don’t have a pic to share bc I gobbled down my meal too fast)“
