One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had - if not the absolute worst. I was very sick that day, but had to eat, so we came down from our hotel room.

When we got the menus, I asked for room temperature water - not cold, not iced, not boiling, just warm. Apparently, that was too complicated:

First, they brought iced tap water. When we explained again, they brought a glass of boiling water, saying, “We don’t have warm water” - what do you mean by that, how??! And how on earth is anyone supposed to drink boiling water???
I had to take my partner’s glass because we only had 3 glasses: 2 iced and 1 boiling. By the time the boiled water arrived, my partner had already drunk half of his iced water, so we ended up mixing my “warm” water ourselves in his glass, spilling it on the table and wiping it up - just to get WARM WATER. At that point, with a high fever, the whole thing felt like an absurd surreal nightmare.

We then ordered 2 curries. I asked the waitress if they were spicy, and she said no. My partner also ordered a side of sweet potatoes. We ended up waiting 40 minutes for our food - and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all at any point. I was so sick that I practically felt like I was dying on those seats while we waited so long; it was literal torture. I was about to start crying of aches.

At some point during all this, we ended up with two servers, but they clearly didn’t communicate. They tried to take our order second time after we had already done so, and there was some mix-up with my partner’s allergy (I don’t remember the exact details) involving one of the two. One brought water, another delivered the food, one asked how things were, then the other came asking the same thing - we kept repeating ourselves, they kept making mistakes - total chaos.

Of course, the curry turned out to be spicy. I barely ate anything, struggling through it.

After finishing and paying, we realized my partner never got the side that he ordered on the beginning. Yeah, they forgot, but at least they didn’t charge for it, thanks.

I genuinely thought I was hallucinating the entire warm-water saga and two-server chaos while melting at 38°C and trying to survive it. I honestly don’t have enough words for how unprofessional, absurd, and terrible this experience was. Stay away from this cursed undercover circus.

Horrible steak sandwich had half the grass clippings on it. And cheese. Told the waitress I wasn't very happy about the cheese and she just laughed at me. Flavour less steak would. Not recommend

Recently visited this restaurant prior to a concert being put on at Winsport. We arrived 1.5 hours prior to concert, the lounge was fairly busy, likely with other concert goers, however we were sat in the restaurant side where we felt we were a little out of sight out of mind. We let our server know a couple times we had a concert to go to, however waited quite awhile to have our orders taken, then our food (2 steak sandwiches, 1 pizza, and a sandwich) took nearly 45 minutes, and the lounge was next to empty by the time it arrived. We had to quickly eat what we could - the meals were mediocre, felt like they had been sitting under the heat lamps for quite some time. Pricing on the specials was communicated incorreclty, but the server did let us know prior to ordering what the correct price was. Overall the meals felt overpriced for the quality.

Can't say it is a place we would seek out going to again, but there isn't much in the area if that's where you need to be.
