Awesome bar, great night out with friends! They have lots of private rooms, friendly staff and a well maintained/clean place

Egregiously expensive. Other places will give the room for free if everyone spends more than $50 on food and drink. We spent $100 for food/drink each, and they still added ANOTHER $240 to our collective bill for the room. No thanks. Won't be back.
Edit: Thanks to the owner's reply, I will be changing my review to 1 star. I am aware of differing policies, which is why other karaokes will be getting our business š. We were still charged $80/h for a small room of 6 people, NOT 15, so you made yourself a liar. No price transparency before booking. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

The lady worked on Wed night (July 24th) is super rude, doesnt know how to talk to people.
I believe her name is emily she was rude from the begining and when I asked her if I can get a couple mintues extra time she said "No I need to charge" when all rooms were empty and I was the ONLY guest there.
I've been here so many times since its walking distance from my place and korean people here were always nice and gave me extra time, I didn't have to ask for it. Getting extra time is a thing in korean karaoke!
I was so mad at her attitude I just left before the time was over.

I genuinely hate giving bad reviews, but every bad review you see about overcharging (ALMOST in my case) and miscommunication is true. I wish to give you guys the benefit of the doubt, but I need to share the mental breakdown I nearly had with this incident. Iām sure you all are great people and we all have horrible days where we make mistakes but there NEEDS to be better communication because this simply CANNOT happen again.I reserved for 3 people over the phone. I get there with my two friends and I say I have a reservation for 3 people along with my name (even with my 3 fingers up). Guy brings me to the room and all 3 of us are surprised like why is this a huge room that could house all the spider-people from Into The Spider-Verse LOL? I obviously leave to talk to him about it why the room is so big when I just reserved for 3 people. He tells me I reserved for 20-24 people. HUH? I emphasize I called 30 minutes ago and said 3 people⦠thereās a chance the guy on the phone got it wrong because he couldnāt even spell my name right 5 times. He tells me I canāt change the room and Iām like⦠um ok Iāll just go then. He tells me I still have to pay for the room so I ask how much it is. Imagine my jaw dropping when I see that heās trying to get me to front a room I never requested for $240+? I get it, he assumed I was the person who did request it.Thankfully the actual big group came in and Iām not sure how you get Britney out of my 2 letter name. He realized his mistake and apologized a couple times. The same guy asked me how they would get 20-24 out of 3⦠I donāt know, you tell me how you get Britney from my name!I wasnāt given anything else other than the apology. It was a wild and disheartening first experience to say the least. Who knows if the big group never came and what couldāve transpired. That being said, please⦠do communicate with your customers better and ensure you have the right person. This might just be an isolated experience, but that couldāve had serious consequences that both the business and customer do not need to experience.

Great experience
My friend had her birthday party here last night and we Had the best time ever. David and Lee were working and they Served us with the best service ever. Gave us shots on the house and came In whenever we needed help or needed some things cleaned up. Gave our designated driver free pop since she wasnāt drinking which was so kind so everyone was included. I loved that the rooms were private and they had every song you could ever imagine. 10/10 experience will definitely be coming here again for a fun night out. ?

A friend hosted their birthday at Bacchus last night and we had an incredible time. The staff were all friendly and professional, and arrived promptly to our private room when called. We had booked for 3hours, but were having so much fun we opted to extend our time not once but twice! We were treated to a round of shots on the house for our stay, which was greatly appreciated. We will certainly be back

Had a fantastic time at Bacchus last night for my friend's birthday in a private room. The sound was awesome, the service was great and everybody was very friendly, and we even got a complimentary shot when we added another hour! There's an 18% automatic gratuity added for groups over 6, though I would have tipped that amount anyway :)

The lady that charged us friday night before we left was super rude when we were trying to communicate nicely to her. We were told only 2 ppl out of the 11 ppl in our group paid so far when in fact 3 ppl in our group has already paid so they charged our group extra $30. Plus our mic also kept having problems.

We booked a 10:30 room, arrived there on time, and were told we had to wait another 10 minutes. When we got in, the second we sat down they already started the time without explaining how it works. Then we went and tried to order and they took forever to come in just to ask what we wanted to order. When we finally ended they tried to charge me $230 when it was originally only $100. One of the worst experiences Iāve had for karaoke

A huge thank you to the bartender Mr. Lee - for his dedication of providing such an outstanding service to a group 30+ people in the lobby while attending the rooms. He dealt with everything single-handedly without displaying nothing but a smile. My friends and I were extremely pleased - part of what made our night memorable!Thank you again, Lee!
