Incorrect order and eggshells in food
We ordered two sandwiches with Everything Bagels through Uber Eats, and got cheese bagels which was a minor issue, but as I took my first and only bite I had egg shells throughout my mouth. The restaurant did not help with the issue at all and would not refund the order. Unacceptable and do NOT order from them, they could care less about customer satisfaction. PERIOD
While visiting Calgary, this bagel shop was just around the corner from where we were staying. Went in on the first day to pick up some bagels for breakfast and came back every day after. They are just amazing and the owners are very friendly and take pride in their food.
I have had bagels from many of the world class bagel shops in Montreal while I was living and working there. Begelino’s ranks up there with them. Very much worth the trip to this little shop.
