The service staff are nice and the place looks very nice, but the food was really hard to eat... the salad rolls are alright, the veggie spring rolls are ok, but the beef noodle soup was so hard to eat... the beef was flavorless and both my mom and I could only taste fat in the broth. It made the noodles feel congealed... Neither my mom nor I could finish our meal.

Their deep fried wontons barely had any beef in them at all! I also ordered a sub aswell and it had 6 small pieces of beef in it. This place is very cheap with their meat. For a 10$ sub it should have had more beef considering vegetables and buns are dirt cheap. Same with the deep fried wontons for the price there selling.

Just went to Bagolac recently; haven't been there for a few years. Food is still really good and quality. A bit more pricier than other Vietnamese restaurants I've eaten at, but still worth it in my opinion. Recommended.
My favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Calgary. Their Beef Sate noodles soup is the best pho I have ever had. My wife had the beef shrimp and spring roll vermicelli and the beef pieces were amazing. Very reasonable prices. If you like viet food, you have to go here.

A pleasant reminder. Me and my wife discovered Bagolac Saigon in about 2010 and we were impressed with quality of food, cleanliness and overall atmosphere. So we visited again after a long absence and we are just as happy. This place definitely deserves top ratings.

This is our favorite location any time we go to Chinook, to the point where we will manage our schedule to be able to come here. Food is consistently fresh and great, they are quick to serve, and the pricing is very reasonable. The kind of place you are a bit reluctant to review so it doesn't get too busy!
