They lie about their hours online and in the store. Never open when they say they are.

Don’t bother coming, this place doesn’t follow their own business hours.
Tried to try this place out at 4pm on a Monday, which according to their hours online and posted in the window is within business hours. The door was locked and blinds were all shut. I tried calling and no one picked up. It would be nice to have a cute cafe in the NE, but there’s no point coming if there’s no way of knowing if they’re open.

Was hoping for a nice cafe up in the NE, but it's closed during regular hours. Probably just a ghost kitchen for online ordering. Sucks cause the place has an amazing view.

I ordered tiramisu iced latte and an iced mocha. Unfortunately I did not like the coffee at all. The flavours in both the drinks were okay but the amount of coffee (espresso shot) was very light. It tasted like milk & flavour. I had more expectations but I was disappointed a little.

A great hidden gem in the Northeast of Calgary. Good coffee, even better desserts, and a nice place to go take your laptop and get some work done. The second floor has a pretty good view of the Calgary skyline.

Stumbled on this place looking for some coffee and a place to chat. Found a lovely clean space beautifully decorated with amazing cakes and drinks. 10/10 Would recommend. Looks like such a cute place to rent for a private event upstairs. If I lived close to here I'd probably be here every day ?

Awful customer service. We arrived with only two other customers there. There were three staff working and they forgot about our two coffee orders. The other two customers were served much faster and with more engagement.We asked about our coffee and the staff member said two minutes and started making our order. No apologies or any acknowledgement. Coffee taste was average and nothing amazing.

A café that seemingly is a breakfast/brunch place but doesn't even open till 11 am. Some people can migrate to the first world but still have a third world mentality....waking up late and opening their businesses even later. Someone needs to remind them they are not living in south asia anymore.

Terrible service. Staff are constantly in the back on their cell phones. Had to call out multiple times and no one came to the front counter. When they do show up, they serve you and go to the back again. At least be present and available when you have customers in your establishment. It is not a welcoming environment. Prices are extremely expensive. $8 for one plain croissant. No brewed coffee.

Went here for my birthday with some friends and we absolutely loved it! It’s super aesthetic and a great place to take some pictures for instagram. We got the hazelnut iced coffee, strawberry lemonade, and one of their mojitos along with fries and a croissant and everything was super tasty. Prices were reasonable as well. We really enjoyed the upper level as it was spacious and had loads of sunlight coming in. It’s also located in a very accessible spot if you’re going to be using transit. A perfect place to catch up with friends or study/work. Will definitely visit again!

My company had ordered 600 pastries for a corporate event and it was a best decision we made. Not only the taste was great, but the presentation and communication with the staff was commendable. Will definitely reach out again for future orders. Manager Khush was professional in dealing with all our questions and concerns.

Absolutely enjoy this place, it’s accessible and the atmosphere is lovely. I enjoy the variety availability of the menu. The decor and color scheme makes it’s a nice study and hangout spot. However, please please change the music playlist, it is over played to the point where you can list all the songs on the playlist, and perhaps a difference in music will make the experiences more enjoyable.
