Vietnamese dessert spot. Would not really consider these as drinks or bbt - but a dessert-ish meal with some drink component to it. Lots of good authentic options here and one drink/dessert does fill you up a lot (especially since majority are bean-based). They do also have drinks you can have here (tea, milk tea, juices and smoothies). Although overall it seems slightly more expensive than restaurants and bbt places . To be fair, they do also provide a lot of content to the che....
Can customize a ché with your 5 favourite ingredients (I always pick 4 then blank out on the 5th). I love how you can customize the sugar and ice level (zero for both don't judge me). Always satisfies my taro and pandan craving. Try the subs and waffles as well! The beef tastes just like pho beef while the taro/pandan waffles are yummy and one of a kind. There's really nothing quite like Bambu in Calgary.
