I've came here a few times and there's no service. I just watched a a guest go find someone from the restaurant side to get some service. This isn't a one off either. 0/5 service.

I was enjoying a nice meal at Bar One tonight when a delivery (see photo attached) truck arrived and due to the fact that the server wanted them to deliver the order inside, they became very aggressive and started throwing the empty kegs and BANGING on purpose and it was very unnerving. I have never experienced this before and I would suggest that perhaps Bar One get a different supplier as these two were acting like children.

Showed up to watch the USA/Canada game, basically no one here, strange TV placement, and the bar was freezing cold. Not the best kind of table layout for socializing either. Ordered the fried pickles and a homie ordered wings - the pickles were actually good but maybe a bit over cooked batter but service was pretty slow for a couple of apps. Side note the wings they gave him were 100% flat wings and no drums (no mix/could be a pro or con depending on your preferences) and the hot sauce wasn’t even hot. Also, no carrots or celery with the wings and no towelettes for hands for the wings. Probably would never come back. Only positive is the server was actually pretty nice just everything else was terrible including that they only had diet coke or coke zero for sugar free mix options for drinks apparently. Ultimately we ended up going to St. Lewis across the street and it was WAY better! Pic 2 is what they have at St. Lewis for comparison

Sarb was the nicest server I have met in a long time. She is such a nice lady. I am glad we chose this restaurant for dinner. The food was great, and the service was excellent. I had the fish and chips, it’s yummy. I didn’t get a chance to take photos of our dinner, I was already half way done when I thought of it. :) We definitely will keep coming back.
