I visited this Bar Burrito location today around 8:45 PM online orde and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. The girl working at the counter was unbelievably rude from the moment we walked in. She had no basic customer service skills, no greeting, no patience, and her attitude made the whole experience uncomfortable. It genuinely felt like she did not want to serve customers at all.

We had a wonderful dining experience today, and a big part of that was thanks to Aman. She was incredibly welcoming from the moment we sat down. Not only was she fast and efficient, but she also had great menu recommendations that were spot on. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and friendly—she really made us feel at home.

The food is always fresh, perfectly prepared, and full of flavour. You can genuinely feel the passion and effort in her work. What happened to the quality of service and food these past few months? I would come all the time and Gurleen did an AMAZING job. The food tasted great and the serving sizes were always perfect however with the staff working these days, this location has gone down hill. The woman that works days until 5 pm is horrible. Everytime shes working, the chicken tastes bland, there is NO flavour at all and actually the chicken has been tasting rotten, I dont even get it anymore. This lady is very slow, does not wash her hands with soap and puts half portions instead of full scoops. My cousin is celiac and the new people working NEVER know how to make a gluten free burrito, it always breaks and is messy. My cousin had to throw his burrito away because it was inedible. On Sunday Jan 4th around 7 pm, my cousin and I went to this location and the lady working didnt know how to make a gluten free burrito, she had to get someone else to do it after putting the gluten free burrito directly on the burner without the parchment paper. Also... Why is the chicken tasting sour and with NO flavour? Mild chicken should still have a Mexican spice to it, but lately there is NO flavour at all except sour. Please call Gurleen and ask her to come back with a raise because she MADE this location phenomenal but now with her gone, no one else can get it right! BRING BACK GURLEEN! THAT woman knows how to make 🔥 amazing burritos, tacos, quesidillas and more. I wont be going back to this location- the drive to falconridge or Symons Valley is well worth it. Please get it together Barburrito cornerstone- pay employees livable wages so you can keep good employees.

I visited this Bar burrito location for a bowl and was extremely disappointed with the portion sizes. The lady serving me added everything in very small quantities—like she was pinching salt. At the end, the bowl was mostly filled with lettuce, with barely any other ingredients.
When I shook the bowl, it literally went down to half. That clearly shows how little food was actually given. For the price paid, this is unacceptable and feels very stingy.
I will never visit this store again and I will also suggest my friends avoid this location. Very poor experience.

Went here Friday, December 12th around 7-7:30pm. When we first walked in the lady at the front didn't even acknowledge me, didn't even greet me. She just looked at me and looked down as if she was annoyed that there was customers at the store. Did not feel welcomed. When it came to ordering, I kept asking for extra lettuce but she kept putting so little portion. i had to ask EXTRA SIX OR MORE TIMES before she got it. How hard is that to understand? It states clearly on the glass screen you guys give out any amount of toppings. Never coming back, her attitude is not suitable for customer service industry. I've always been a fan of barburrito and never experienced asking extra topping SIX times. Never going back to this location. (This was my first time here)

2 months ago I'm there regular customer. I take my every day dinner from there but from month I'm not satisfy with your customer service and with a taste of food . I even a day ago went for my lunch at near about 3pm I get worst service ever. Your new staff members do not know how to serve the costumers if you do not take any action on that you may loss your customers. I do not recommend this place to any one that is now a wastage of you money and time
