We got veggie burritos it was great! Tasted good, right amount of crunch on tortillas and service was also ok!

Most garbage place ever. the auntys working here don’t even understand English and don’t know how to make an order correctly. Why hire someone who can’t make food properly or speak English fluently. I been here three times and every time these aunties ask me ten times … what what what and still don’t get the order right.

I was there to pick up lunch this afternoon and was helped by Gurleen Toor. It was after ages that I felt like I met someone kind professional and hard working in the food industry who actually even while working alone had a smile on her face. Returning customer picked bowl in the afternoon- They cut down portions and still charged extra for a simple veggie burrito bowl …total rip-off. Customer service was awful too. Young lady even got offended when I politely asked for a bit more toppings and then overcharged me for nothing

Very disappointing. I ordered chips and salsa and the chips were terrible and had clearly been fried in old expired oil. The bean and cheese quesadilla came with so little cheese, the beans fell out of the tortilla. The spicy chicken burrito tasted of old overcooked meat. Barely any cheese was included. We will not be returning.

Always receive great service but NOT happy with the recent changes. They have increased price, reduce quantity, and charging extra for more than 2 dressings. Seriously! If you increase price, at least customer expect same quantity and Always out of stock for Falafel. Now, I have to think twice before choosing my go to burrito.

I’ve been here multiple times, ignoring the mistakes they’ve made. Once, I asked for white and was given whole wheat. I didn’t say anything. Another time, I ordered spicy chicken and was given mild chicken with the sauce on the side. Again, I didn’t complain.
Yesterday, I wanted to try an extra sauce and was told it would cost extra—$1.25 for 1 small line of their hot sauce. That was the final straw. Yesterday was the last time I’ll ever visit this location.

Good job losing a customer.

Very disappointed with our recent order. We clearly mentioned we wanted lettuce in our BarBurrito bowls while ordering online. When we went to pick up, the staff casually handed us the order without even informing us that they didn’t have lettuce available. There was no mention of this on the online ordering system either.

If an item is not available, customers should be informed before preparing the order—not after it’s already made. Poor communication and not a good experience at all.

It was my first visit to BarBurrito and I’ll definitely be coming back — all thanks to Gurleen! She was incredibly welcoming, patient, and helpful in guiding me through the menu. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served just the way I like it. Great experience overall — Gurleen made it even better with her amazing service!

Hi I went burrito on Sunday night the time was 9:56 pm that mean 4 minutes left before they closing my experience was very very disappointed the girl was said to me we are closed when I reached there but the sign was saying open at the door she supposed to be turned off then I said her it’s 4 minutes left she said we are not talking order 15 minutes before the close that means 9:45 they suppose to be mention on the google so people can’t go there after 9:45 right and when I asked her name she didn’t tell me I said to her I will put a review then she said I will make your order but it will be cold food why should I pay for cold food I am not a stupid and I attached I picture she was standing might owner will see the picture and find who is she . At the end she was so so rude she don’t know how to talk with their customers and she is loosing the profit in the business . Will recommend to everyone don’t go there !!!
