I visited the restaurant today and I really liked that the place was clean. I also want to highlight that Russell served me very well and made very good recommendations since it was my first time there. I truly recommend it and the staff, especially Russell, was incredible.

i asked for bean and cheese burrito.. first of all i barely got all the ingredients.. i asked for pineapple salsa and he said he doesn’t have it anymore..are you kidding me? i asked served twice “are you sure? can you look back?”
To the owner or manager- do you not fully keep the stock? or may be staff is short so prep is not done for the day. Please respond. I myself as an owner of bar burrito franchise i am aware of the issues. Plus served could not roll the burrito well and he transferred all the food to another tortilla. didn’t even asked if i want to top up?? for 8-9$ now i am getting 25% less food. Explain!

It was my first time ordering for barburrito, as a friend recommended it to me because she said they had really good gluten friendly wraps.

My husband and I both got a wrap, with myself getting the gluten friendly one, as I suspect I may have an intolerance.

They were both delicious. However, they did not label which was the gluten friendly one for some reason? So my husband had to take a bite of both burritos to figure out what was on the inside, since they are wrapped so tight. Luckily we got different proteins in them so he could tell the difference. But if we both got the same proteins it would be very difficult to figure out which one was the gluten friendly one.

If you offer gluten friendly options, they should be labelled as such.

Cindy was excellent, she went above and beyond for myself and my son. She was super pleasant, very accommodating, recommended a combo to get more for less $, was engaged and curious with her customers, all while being fast and efficient. 5 stars all the way! This is what I call creating relationships for returning customers 🙌
