The service was great. Food was not! But the black beans were not rinsed (not sure if this is the norm) but there was black liquid pooling. Both the bowl and burrito we ordered were black in colour by the time we ate them 15 min after they were picked up. And both items were overloaded with beans….you couldn’t even tell that there was chicken or rice in them. I have had the same items from other locations before and never had this issue.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! My girlfriend and I came here for the first time, and we mentioned it since we weren’t sure how the burrito day promotion worked. Instead of helping, they seemed irritated that we wanted to know. We don’t usually ask many questions—we were just genuinely curious.
As they prepared our order, the employee looked annoyed every time we chose different ingredients for our burritos. When it came to the sauces, he started adding them to my girlfriend’s order even though she didn’t want much. She didn’t want to complain, so she just said she’d get whatever I was getting.
When it was time to pay, they told us the drink was included but still charged us for it. They should have explained it better. On top of that, they didn’t even specify which order was which when handing us the food.
JUST A HORRIBLE LOCATION TO VISIT. Unless you want bad service, lol.

We ordered food for delivery, didnt receive delivery for an hour. After an hour when we called they said it was a pick up we had to tell them we paid delivery charges online. After confirming it with their manager he said he will send the fresh order in 15mins. We received the delivery food was cold and found hair in one of the BBox that we ordered. Ask your employees to maintain proper hygiene…. Really disappointed

This location has always been an issue for us in terms of service and accuracy of the order. This one particular girl that works there always seems to get the order wrong and refuses to fix it despite being told of the correction. The first time this happened, we got a burrito box with a burrito and she ended up making a bowl instead. On top of that, she was asked to put chicken on the extreme fries instead of beef because we’re not beef eaters, and she still put beef on it. After being informed that we don’t eat beef and had asked for chicken, she just said ‘oh I can’t change it now’ and handed the order anyway. The second time, ingredients were missing. And now the third time, she forgot to put any protein (at all) because she was asked to put chicken instead of beef in one. After calling the store, the manager passed the phone to her saying she was the one who made the order (without taking any accountability for his store) and she was argumentative over the phone, stating she was only told to put beef on one and nothing on the other, even though my boyfriend had mentioned it to her 3 times to add chicken on one and beef on the other. It’s genuinely frustrating to go to this location only because of this one person who doesn’t seem to be accountable for anything she does. It’s worth noting that the other 2 people who work there are absolutely wonderful, but this one girl seems to be there more often than not now and I will not be going to them anymore just because of this. Fighting for the store to get your order right when you’re paying for it just seems ridiculous.
