I am very sorry for my African brothers actions. He offered to clean the dishes for a burrito and they declined but they still made him a burrito for free of charge. Very nice staff and very yummy food.

This was our first time trying BarBURRITO and it really missed the mark. The staff didn’t seem very friendly or interested in helping, and asking questions about the menu or ingredients didn’t get clear answers. Several of the ingredient containers were almost empty. The rice and black beans were completely dried out from sitting too long, but staff still scraped around to get a scoop to use for the order. Some toppings like the pickled jalapeños were completely out, and nothing was said or offered as a substitute.
The extreme fries/chips were also missing the protein that’s shown as included online. Overall, it felt like things weren’t being kept up properly, and it wasn’t a good first experience. There was no customers in the restaurant when we arrived, one staff member was completing an online pickup order and the other staff member was sitting down in the back of the kitchen and had to be called by the other employee to heat up some items for our order. Overall it was poor quality and value for the cost and I wouldn't recommend it or make a return visit.

Ordered a crispy chicken bowl for me to eat my food a few hours ahead of time and was pleasantly surprised the chicken was still crispy and not soggy unlike chipotle. Food was flavorful and the portion size was great can’t wait to try fresh
