I had a disappointing experience at this store. The Filipino lady at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. We were the only customers there and went in to buy a bowl. I accidentally said “brown beans” but quickly corrected myself and asked to change it to “black beans” while my mom was on the phone. The food hadn’t even been handed to me yet, but she refused to make the change and responded with unnecessary attitude, saying it would “waste food.”
It’s frustrating because they often waste food themselves, yet when a customer makes a small, honest mistake during preparation, they react disrespectfully. Her behavior was very uncalled for and not what I’d expect from someone in customer service.

This location was there for me when I was in the midst of a brutal migraine, trying to get some food in. Suffice to say, I was a lil desperate and down.
I ordered delivery through skip and I was .. apprehensive.
Ordering customized meals through delivery apps can oftentimes lead to crappy portions and just, general disappointment. But the lovely folks here did NOT hold back. Meat to the nines. Beans to the nines. All of my veggies to the nines. It was such an awesome surprise 🥺
It’s a really small, dumb thing. But honestly I feel like y’all were here for me when I really needed it. Thank you. Seriously. My heart goes out to you for picking me up on one of the worst days I’ve had in a while.
