Ordered a burrito special through Uber Eats. It ended up being the same or more expensive than regular price, but whatever. The entire burrito was very untasty and the sauce was nearly undetectable. Chicken was super dry and poorly seasoned. But worst of all, the pinto beans were hard and undercooked, which led to severe gastrointestinal distress. Won't make the mistake of ordering from here again.

Ordered 2 Northern Reaper Bowls and the app showed Signature Hot Sauce as an option. It looked like this was a way to request hot sauce on the side which many other restaurants do. Added this option for our bowls not realizing this location will put a significant amount in the actual bowls.
The question marks next to the Signature Hot Sauce on their receipt one can only assume was because this is confusing to their staff ?????? Perhaps a place with better customer service would have called the person ordering to clarify since the phone number is actually right on the order request and receipt.
The amount of Signature Hot Sauce they poured into our bowls made them inedible. Based on all the negative reviews that I just read, it is not worth my time to call and have them correct the situation. Will not order from Bar Burrito Legacy location again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE APP. I ordered from the App and they forgot my coke zero bottle. I contact door dash, they are no help, they tell me to contact Bar Burrito. Bar burrito is trash and not available. It's not even about the coke zero bottle, it's the lack of customer service. If this was my food and I had a missing meal, you guys are zero help. Just take my money and do not give me my items. Awful, such a waste of time. Food is good though you get 5 stars for food.

Worst taco burrito shop I've ever been too. Serving sizes are ridiculous and better of ordering. Kids meal from anywhere else for half the price. Customer service is just as horrible as the staff treat you like your not even there. And be careful ordering online as they will pretend like they have no idea about your order and cuss at you when confronted. Highly recommend to anyone to go anywhere but here even go to taco time and you'll have a better experience.

Absoloute thieves, canceled my Uber order by accident and refused to issue a refund or for me to just pick up the food that was already charged to my card. Never order from this place the staff is also entitled and unfriendly as well as undersized portions.

Service was trash! The lady working this afternoon was an idiot! Asked 3 different times for the extreme fries, she made them after making the meal cause she was such an idiot! Then she got so busy, my fries sat there for 5 minutes while she was making other orders! When I brought it up, she said I had to wait, even though I was before everyone else in the damn store! She needs to be fired!
