My absolutely favorite place to go for dinner! I think I’m the “fish taco” guy the whiner is complaining the about the service he received from the patrons of the restaurant. The staff are friendly and they know my order when I step through the door 2x per week. I’m sorry their opportunistic workflow to put my daughter’s fish sticks down encumbered on your life so much.No actually I’m not. The candor and friendliness of the workers are what makes it my favorite place to go! That and the food can meet my dietary requirements!Grade “A” from me and my daughter! Always awesome fresh food and the smiling faces are a great representation of the larger Barburitto chain!

Absolute worst service of all the BarBurritos in the city I’ve been to. The guy serving me seemed more interested in the fish taco guy after me. Says hi to me, makes me wait while he fills up containers taking his sweet time. Another guy walks in and he says fish to him and yells to the kitchen completely focused on this guy. Then to save himself time, not me, he processes both orders as if we are together and I’m waiting and waiting and waiting for him to do this other guys order while making mine. I was here first, not sure why I’m waiting for the guy after me. Call out buddy in the back to help instead of passing the waiting time onto me. I won’t be back to this location absolute garbage. I was in a rush and saw no one here. So much for saving time.If the guy had a name tag, I could tell you who it was.

3/5 - delicious food / not so great staff. Could definitely benefit from further training in customer service. Staff was visibly annoyed and snappy, and complaining about orders in front of customers. This has occurred both visits. We always get take out and would never dine in. And might even try to find an alternate location to be honest, as we like to receive respectful, kind, and good customer service.

We went to this BarBurrito location on January 4th, around 7:30 for dine in with my family.We ordered burrito bowls, a quesadilla and chips guac. Upon trying a couple chips we found the taste of it to be very stale. It was definitely not fresh and tasted of unhealthy oil. I went to the employee and told her that the chips taste stale; she argued that they freshly make them every day. I asked her to smell the chips and said it might have been fried in very old oil and she denied that saying they changed the oil the same day!I gave up and asked her to throw the chips as I was carrying it and since I didn’t want to risk my health by consuming it.Employee very rudely; told me to throw it in the dustbin by the exit doors. Which I felt was the worst customer service. She could have offered replacement or could have even thrown out the chips and refunded the money but instead she asked me to throw the chips myself and denied having stale chips.Overall quality of the burrito bowl has also deteriorated overtime. We used to go to this location now We would consider other options before going back here!
