Your online ordering process is absolutely garbage!! The new phone verification wont send a code! Why do I have to go through doordash or Uber eats to order pickup! Where is your phone number. I can't even call to order directly from your restaurant!

I recently dined at this Barcelos restaurant and was blown away by their tangy lime chicken. The flavor was absolutely perfect — bright, zesty, and refreshing without being overpowering. The chicken itself was incredibly tender, juicy, and so gentle on the stomach, which made the whole dish even more enjoyable.

Their rice deserves its own praise too. Light, fragrant, and beautifully cooked, it paired perfectly with the chicken and soaked up all those amazing flavors.
I’ve tried this dish at a few places, but this branch is truly the best. The quality, the care in the preparation, and the consistency are unmatched. If you're in Barcelona and craving something flavorful yet comforting, this is a spot you absolutely shouldn’t miss!

Been eating here for many years, it's a must try. There flamed grill chicken and corn is a must. The charcoal grill arouma is next level so tasty. I highly recommend Barcelos you won't regret trying their food.

Barcelos in Sage Hill used to be our go-to place from day one. Mr. Noor has done a great job maintaining this small business, and we’ve always appreciated the quality of the food which continues to be excellent.
However, our last two visits have been really disappointing, not because of the food, but because of the poor service. On our most recent visit, I was there with my kids. The food was served, but no one brought us water, ketchup, or sauces. I had to get up and go to the counter myself just to ask for water. No staff member came to check on us during the meal “Is everything okay?” or “Do you need anything else?” nothing. It felt like once the food was brought out, we were forgotten.
Good food is important, but hospitality is what makes people want to come back. Sadly, we left with a promise to ourselves that we won’t be returning. We truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously because service like this can ruin the reputation of an otherwise great restaurant.

I usually sit on at this location, but was pretty disappointed trying to pickup on Father's Day. Typically pickup is about 30 mins or less, but it was an hr for pickup. Granted it was a holiday so I figured they were busy. However I went in 20 mins before my pickup time to check, they weren't even aware of my order and she said it would be done in 20 mins, ok I go do some errands. My husband went in well past pickup time, the order was not ready. I was wondering why it was taking so long, so I went in and it was only at that time that they put the chicken on the grill. Apparently the guy on the grill was not pleased that we ordered a whole chicken (I don't know why). The lady said it is the same cook time between leg and whole, so I'm not sure what the issue is here. Anyways, the fries were made well ahead of time and was cold and soggy when it was packed. There was no sauce, typically there is a couple containers of sauce. Took about 75+mins for my pickup order, a few pieces of chicken and lots of cold soggy fries for $70-80. Very frustrating.

My only concern was the customer service. They wouldn’t allow refills in the fountain and also didn’t have sauce bottles. I shared my experience with the owner and he wasn’t very accommodating. He rudely told me that this is his store and they do it this way. I have tried another location and it was great. So don’t go here if you want a good service.
