One of the standout features is undoubtedly the staff working there. We recently had the pleasure of meeting an incredible individual whom we unfortunately couldn't remember the name of. However, their exceptional service left a lasting impression on us.

Was meeting someone for a bite while they were attending a conference at the hotel. The service was excellent, the food tasted like it was prepared by cooks that didn't taste any of it.I started with the soup of the day, Corn Chowder, it tasted more like uncooked flour than corn anything. My entree was the plaza Burger with a side Caesar salad. The Caesar salad was a small bowl of badly bruised lettuce with enough dressing from a bottle or package that it was mostly uneatable. The Plaza Burger itself was uninspired. I don't know if it was under seasoned or it was intentionally bland.Luckily there are so many other choices for food in the area.

I have been staying at the Best Western Premier since February 12th. I had a knee replacement and am doing my physio in Calgary. Everyone from the front desk, restaurant and housekeepers have been absolutely amazing! The amount of deliveries I have had from Amazon and Uber eats is embarrassing, but someone always brings me my deliveries with a smile!! I still have a month to go here but it's like a second home for me! Thank you!!!

Pretty poor performance today.I had some time to kill ahead of the Job Fair, so I decided to check out Barrington's. Upon inquiring about their non-alcoholic selection, I was told there was nothing.Nothing.I definitely would have spent money here... We'll see if the mood strikes me to come back.

Had dinner here last night. It was ok. Everything tasted fine. But on a side note: this is where the breakfast buffet is for the Premier Best Western. Do not eat the breakfast here unless you are given the free voucher. 18 dollars for this breakfast is a crime. The fruit is the only thing I can recommend. Something is off with their whipped butter.Staff are wonderful and service is top notch.

They have a great story fry vegan option. The food was really good and our server Stephanie was incredible. We’ll definitely come back.

I've had some not so good moments ordering food in the afternoon ( I won't order food here again in the daytime), but in the evening it's bang on, 100%!Ordered buffalo wings last night, and they were HUGE! Perfectly sauced and crispy!Tonight I ordered the Canadian Meat Lovers pizza. This was a bit of a risk, because the menu only says 'fresh tomato, Mozza, fresh basil', but it is definitely a Canadian Meat Lovers...chocked full of pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms!I am looking forward to coming back next month to try other items on the menu!

Had breakfast here several times during the week we stayed in the hotel. As a Celiac needing gluten free food the buffet did not have adequate safe options. The staff was amazing though. Garland and Mary Jane talked me through options on the menu that could be made gluten free and told me that my food would be a little bit slower coming out because the chef would need to clean an area and take extra precautions to keep my food separate. It was comforting to have them explaining it to me instead of me having to explain it to them. Every morning I had the Breakfast Power Bowl with a side of fresh fruit (which was brought straight from the kitchen and did not risk cross contact as the buffet fruit would have). I look forward to coming back to Calgary and eating here again.

Dietary restrictions: Celiac needing gluten free food. Was pleasantly surprised by their knowledge and accommodations.

We were so thankful that they were open late on December 24th while staying in the connecting hotel. Our server that evening had a great attitude for working during the holidays and she made us laugh after a long, hard day of travelling. We also appreciated that the restaurant was open all day on Christmas when other hotel restaurants were closed. Great service Christmas Day as well!

The atmosphere is airy and bright, with a sleek look throughout. For the breakfast service, the whipped topping for the pancakes tastes homemade and has an amazing texture and rich flavor. The eggs were superb , and the pastries were light but sweet. As far as a breakfast in a hotel is concerned, I would be hard pressed to find anything needing improvement.

The Plaza Burger tasted really good but the patty was very dry unfortunately. Very
