A great place to get a sub at a great price. Service is great and they're the type of place that will even learn your name and recognize you. The pho is a nice sweet one full of basil/coconut flavour.

If I could give this 10 stars for service, I would. So fast and yet so incredibly friendly and welcoming.
By far my favourite place for Sate Beef subs, and Rice vermicelli. So good. Salad rolls are always fresh, in fact all of the food tastes fresh. YUMMY

Came here with some colleagues from work. The lunch time rush does get busy as the parking lot was almost full. Restaurant itself was about half full when we walked in.

Staff throughout our time there were super friendly. I ordered spring rolls and the ultimate sub. Both were great.

It does get pretty loud in there and at times it was hard to hear my colleagues. As the lunch rush subsided it got a bit easier.

Will definitely...
