Don't order here via Uber or Skip, the portions are unlike their sitdown serving. Portions are too small for the price, Cheesling and Garlic chicken for $25 only 8 tiny pcs. Absolutely bad portioning. They give you a Lot of Rice though. Sit down or Dine in was better experience. Lots of room for improvement. Never order via Delivery!

Me and my friends went here on Christmas Eve. Oden soup was way too salty but the portion is fair.
First of all, I wanted to bring out is when my friend asking if there is any sauce to add on his fried chicken the sever said only cheese powder without letting him know there would be an extra fee until we asked. I think they should let customers know if it will charge them.
Secondly, we were considering to add 1 more golden crispy chicken to enjoy their Tuesday special ($36-2 golden crispy chickens with 2 dipping sauce) as we already ordered one bone-in but they said we could not enjoy this promo because what we ordered is bone-in golden crispy chicken ($21) not what the promo said. The manager didn’t let us know from the very beginning about this special promotion when we ordered only asking if we prefer bone-in or boneless. We also didn’t understand why so matter to bbq chicken not allowing customers enjoy special promotions to upsell $15 in bill if both bone-in and boneless cost the same price. Their explanation is because of the policy only boneless chicken included in promotions.
Lastly, they charge soy sauce, radish $2 and cheese powder $3. People who plan to eat there need to ask every price because they won’t tell you just charge secretly and sneakily.

The manager had a terrible attitude. I wanted to add to my order, but I waited 10–15 minutes before anyone came to take it.
This is the restaurant with the worst attitude I’ve experienced during my time in Calgary.
They even charged $3 for cheese powder!
And when they brought the cheese powder, they didn’t tell us there was an extra charge until we asked about it.
