Walked in to take some chicken to go, not even a lot - just a normal amount. Was told it would be 20-25 minutes. Waited 45 minutes while they prioritized people who came in to sit down. Not to mention, hangry to start, had I known it would be 45 minutes I would have left. Over promised under delivered. Better be the best chicken I’ve had in my entire life.

Stopped by during our trip and we’re so glad we did! They let us stay for a couple of hours, and everything was just wonderful. The food is amazing — generous portions, reasonable prices, and a great variety. The ambiance and lighting make the place feel warm and relaxing.
The lady at the front was so welcoming and friendly, checking in on us now and then to make sure we had everything we needed.
Even the washroom deserves a mention — spectacularly clean and smells great!

I just got BBQ Chicken to-go and wow… it was absolutely AMAZING! 😍🍗 Every bite was full of flavor, and the chicken balls and fries were just perfect 🍟✨ Honestly, such a fancy treat for a casual night in! Highly recommend! 💯🔥

Everything was good EXCEPT the food, the lady serving us was extremely nice and the atmosphere is great but i paid $40 for not that great portions and not to mention the hot crispy chicken barely had meat on some of the pieces and there was a weird aftertaste ive never had at any other bbq chickens. It also took around 20 minutes for three items.

Took my wife and German cousins out for dinner here. We ordered an assortment of boneless chicken flavors. It was so good! We stuffed ourselves silly. Would reccomend!

I ordered through uber eats in this location yesterday. I am just wondering how come the consistency and flavor isnt adding up with other locations. I ordered the hot crispy and for some reason it doesnt taste any like the ones i have tried before. It was supposed to be hot crispy but it didnt even tasted spicy at all as if it was not marinated enough. It literally just tasted like a plain fried chicken with no seasoning at all. The batter felt very light making it not crispy when in the name itself its supposed to be crispy. Ive been a good regular of bbq chicken the one located in southland specifically. That location is honestly the one who has been really consistent with their flavours and spiciness. I still do recommend bbq chicken it does have good flavours in general and compared to other chicken places it might be on the pricey side but i think its better than other cheap ones. I just really hope they would keep their quality consistent. If i am not wrong the brand itself meaning is said to be best of best quality. Its just really disappointing how its not sticking up to the name.

If you want breaded fried and bones, this is the place. The food was so bad, we ordered 8 pieces and we got 3 tiny pieces and 5 skinny wings and bones. The cheese balls were raw. We couldn't eat them. BTW, we paid $33. Very bad experience.

We went to the one in Canmore! It was so good and we found one here in Calgary. We love the food! For me this is better than Bon Chon! Ada was very courteous and pleasant.

The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Jamaican grilled wings! Portions are generous and definitely satisfying. Our server was amazing—super friendly and checked in several times to make sure we had everything we needed, which made us feel really welcomed.
The only downside was the cleanliness: sticky floors and untidy washrooms took away from the overall experience. If they improve this, it’s a solid 5 stars. For now, I’d give it 4.
