I have been loyal customer of the bbq franchise and this location specifically. I'm writing this review because of frustrations that I've had with this location.

Cheesling fried chicken is my favorite thing at bbq. But they don't put enough cheesling powder on the chicken. It's very little compared to other locations & the advertised pictures. When I asked for extra, I get charged $3 more. After a few times of this, I stopped ordering my favorite cheesling chicken altogether.

Now I started ordering the sauced chicken. I've had a few occasions where the chicken is bare in some places. I'm not asking for a poodle of sauce, I just want the chicken to be covered evenly with enough sauce.

One minor experience is I have been forgotten by the waitress twice. You need more staff, at least for busy times.

This is my experience of supportting your restaurant for ~ 6 months. Please do better with the seasoning powder + sauce or you will lose loyal customers.

when I first time went there，saw there have every Wednesday wings special，so today I drive with my friends go there at 8pm，tgey told us no wings anymore，speechless，close on 9pm，and every Wednesday have wings special，how come no wings at 8pm？

Been to a couple of BBQ chicken around the city. This is the place we order from most for it's consistency in taste, texture and quality of meat used (ie. some other locations taste like they reuse unsold old meat).

This was a very nice piece of chicken. It was crispy and juicy. And the fries were on point and seasoned well. The service was friendly and helpful. Overall just a great place

I just got my order . And so disappointed and really upset right now .. I paid almost $30.00 and I got only this small cut of chicken wings cut into 6 pieces . This is not acceptable for the amount i paid. Not recommended ..
