It took 40+ minutes for two chicken sandwiches and a pulled chicken poutine. Except when the order came out, they made a pulled chicken sandwich and had to go back to make the poutine, adding even more time. Instead of apologizing for their mistake, they bizarrely tried to claim we ordered the sandwich. My friends, you repeated our order back to us twice with the poutine. You rang it up as poutine which we saw on the order screen, and we paid the price of the poutine. You should have apologized at the very least, not tried to place blame on your customer for your mistake. I would not recommend this location and have enjoyed other bbq locations far more.

The foods are good specially their signature lemon cheesling chicken. Staffs are friendly and their service is excellent. I recommend to order their signature fries too.

We tried BBQ Chicken and ordered the Lemon Cheesling and Secret Sauce. Both were really good. The Lemon Cheesling was cheesy with a little sour taste, and the Secret Sauce was very tasty. The chicken was crispy outside and juicy inside.

The food was cooked well, and the staff were kind and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and would come back again.

The most pathetic half chickens I've ever seen. Paid $25 per portion, got the equivalent of $10 worth anywhere else. With Korean chicken places so prevalent, go anywhere but here.

Food not suitable for people who like to eat well and somewhat healthily! Small pieces of chicken covered in an excessive layer of fat and refried sauce that sent me to the bathroom almost immediately! I felt bad for the amount of money I paid at this place.

Where do I start from!!
I ordered the other day some chicken for 3 people for pick up. First the portion is ridiculously low. Food didn't look fresh or tast fresh. The quality of the food didn't satisfy us. We were very disappointed. We have had bbq chicken many times before but different locations. Also later that night I got bad stomach pain. I would definitely never go back to that location or bbq chicken. Many better Korean chicken options out there, that taste and better value for your buck.

Ordered 2hrs ahead on the website because I’m a bit in a rush. When i came to pick up, they said they didn’t receive any orders online and asking me maybe it was in a different location. But they double check the address and confirmed it was the right one. 5 mins later, they realized on their system that I ordered online but receipt machine isn’t working or printing so they never saw the order. Now, I was a bit disappointed because i have to wait 10-15mins. So me ordering ahead is completely useless. No extra chicken or small fries offered since I have to wait when I was in a rushed.
