Tried to order from here tonight, having eaten here multiple times. Saw on Google they are temporarily closed, dug a bit further and found they’ve been ordered closed by AHS for 13 health violations including absolutely filthy conditions. I’ll never eat here again, this kind of blatant disregard for public health is unacceptable. Close your restaurant for good.

I've been to a few other locations of this chain and haven't had any issues but I gave this place a couple of chances and they are just consistently terrible.Service is incredibly slow, food is never as good as the other locations and the restaurant itself is disgustingly dirty. The place is only like a year old and it's full of mold and grime everywhere.If you really want bbq chicken I'd recommend driving further to another location.

Did an online order and waited an hour for my order, only to get a call from the Uber Driver saying they are closed and have cancelled my order. Waited an hour expecting my order to be delivered, no emails, no notification. Called them and was told we can’t control your order, what customer service they have!

The chicken wasn't fresh and smelled bad. I found a big feather in a chicken. The chef should have checked the chicken before cooking. Pickles seemed to have been left over by someone.

I ordered for delivery through the bbq chicken website back on July 30th. The order was canceled from DoorDash (who they apparently partnered with). DoorDash and BBQ chicken did not communicate this with one another. The restaurant contacted me afterwards but I couldn’t pick up the food myself and was under the impression the order was canceled as per told through the delivery message.The staff I spoke with from BBQ chicken said that I wouldn’t be charged. I was charged. I contacted both BBQ chicken and DoorDash and both said it would be BBQ chicken who would refund me.More than 3 weeks later I still have yet to receive my refund. I emailed multiple times for an update and no one responded to me beyond the first email response.

Quantity for fries has really taken a hit. At best I’m getting 2-3 layers of fries for $10.50 in a small cardboard container is pretty silly. I went in to say something and they just smiled. No explanation which feels bad. They seem really nice but didn’t seem to listen or care about what I had to say.Hurts to write the review because their food is very tasty, but after this experience can’t justify returning after bringing forward concerns to be met with a lack of support/care.

I really like the chicken and the yam cheese balls but I find it a bit pricey. My daughter found a hair in her coleslaw but my daughter is not one to complain so she just didn't eat it! $3 for a small serving of coleslaw was highway robbery!
