I made an online pickup order on their website and when I came to pick it up, the store was unexpectedly closed. I am still unable to reach anybody at the store or head office regarding my refund. Completely unacceptable.

I used to order online boneless cheesling chicken, and it was usually good. However, the last two times I ordered, they barely put any cheesling on the chicken. It looks like is a simple fried chicken, and I'm very disappointed. If I wanted just fried chicken, I could buy it anywhere.

It was shocking to me that they couldn’t even bother to close my takeout box properly. If they can’t get that right, who knows what else they’re messing up over there? The food was alright but it’s not their own recipe (franchise) so I’m not giving them anything better than 3 stars since they messed up the simple stuff.

Ordered the 8 piece golden fried chicken for 445pm pick up, I had arrived 10 mins early and to my surprise the food was already ready packed up and ready for pickup. Which makes me wonder if it would be any good if it just sat there for another 10 mins.Taste was only OK. I must say I've had other better Korean fried chicken. The worst part is that I had ordered the 8 piece chicken, but only received 7 pieces, which I'm a little annoyed with. Pieces are also smaller than other places I've been to.Definitely won't be going back.

Ordered some foods for takeout the other night~ got 3 combos and a rose tteokbokki/rice cakes.The chicken was pretty good- I wish they did have bone in options for the combos, you can only get boneless. I was a little bit disappointed with the rice cakes…the portion was quite small considering it was about $17, and it was super watery, not how it’s supposed to be at all. I’ve had better at other locations.But other than that, I found the service to be friendly and the food was prepared on time.This location doesn’t seem to be busy with dine in, but with deliveries- so do keep that in mind because delivery orders are often the priority I find.

After I went to the Asian message just up the road from bbq chicken(Asian message was hands down the best I’ve ever had, you need to go there)I decided to try bbq chicken.It’s not much to look at from the outside, you need to get over that.The food was so excellent that I couldn’t believe that I was tasting something so heavenly on earth.The staff was exceptional, the atmosphere was so inviting and peaceful and the food…. The food… the food.. Absolutely Extraordinary!Lord in heaven, the food was delicious beyond anything else I’ve ever had.Not 5 stars.They deserve all the stars in the sky.
