I was really disappointed to find a metal piece in the batter of my fried chicken. I reached out to the company’s office right away and was told they’d look into it, but it’s been over two weeks and I haven’t heard anything about what was done to prevent this from happening again. If staff at BBQ Chicken Nolan Hill sees this, I just hope you can be extra careful when frying the chicken to avoid something like this happening again.

The menu had typos that had not been corrected. It said combo's came with "fries and dip", no dip is actually included, not even ketchup.
The deep fried cauliflower had no flavor and the food took a very long time to come out.
Would not recommend. Go to K-town fried chicken or literally anywhere else.

The food was amazing, but our favorite part of the evening was definitely the server. His name was Nolan, and he charmingly introduced himself as "Nolan from Nolan Hill!" He was incredibly attentive and sweet, making our dining experience exceptional. We couldn't help but reach out to share about his amazing service. I ordered two different chicken flavors from BBQ Chicken on Uber Eats, including my favorite and a new flavor I wanted to try. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with both. Despite the great packaging, which was properly sealed, the chicken arrived barely warm, with no signs of steam or moisture in the box. The center of the chicken was cold, and it had a noticeable taste of freezer burn, indicating that it was not properly defrosted or cooked long enough. This was my first time ordering from this location, and while I appreciate the effort in packaging, the quality of the food was disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

Spicy crispy chicken is what I order every time. It's not too greased, super crispy and the spiciness is just perfect to negate the greasy part of fried chicken. Price is only 20 dollars and the quantity is decent compared to other nearby places that sell chicken. It is highly recommended.
