I ordered a pizza and was told it would take 40-45 minutes, or less. The lady asked if I was paying debit or credit. I said debit. The delivery driver showed up 56 minutes later. With no machine. He called someone, started talking in Hindi and then asked me to send him an e-transfer. I told him I’m not comfortable with that. He got confrontational and so I called the restaurant, and she said I need to do an e-transfer. I told her absolutely not, I’m not comfortable with that. And she got upset with me saying the debit machines are broken. I asked her, “when I placed my order an hour ago, why did you not inform me the machines are down?” And she said “you can e-transfer” I told her “I’m not doing that. What is your driver supposed to do. It isn’t his fault? He’s expecting me to e transfer him and I’m not comfortable with that, as he’s a stranger.” She then said you can e transfer me and I told her absolutely not. And told the delivery driver to just leave. And he got upset with me for not e transferring him. What an absolute scam.

We have ordered from Bell's pizza on 14th Street twice now. Both times the pizza was really good (we got the small hot honey chicken both times). Both times we were told it would be ready for pickup in 15 minutes and it was. There is no indoor dining room, it's pickup or delivery only.
