Jung is always pleasant and willing to make you any dish that you do not see on display. The sushi is often very fresh and I've had it dozens of times. It's not very often I'd trust "mall sushi" but i've come to enjoy it here because it's made very fresh. I would like to see Bento stretch out into some quality cuts of Unagi, Snapper, Surf Clam alas their mostly traditional family style offerings are still great here. Salmon Combo or Spicy Combos are always good.
