Jung is always pleasant and willing to make you any dish that you do not see on display. The sushi is often very fresh and I've had it dozens of times. It's not very often I'd trust "mall sushi" but i've come to enjoy it here because it's made very fresh. I would like to see Bento stretch out into some quality cuts of Unagi, Snapper, Surf Clam alas their mostly traditional family style offerings are still great here. Salmon Combo or Spicy Combos...

Jung is always eager to help you find what you need, and make it up for you in a jiffy if you want something specific. Between her beautiful sushi and excellent service she's got the best Bento location in the city.
