Excellence in bike repairs and sales, with a beer counter. They are the warranty dealer for Specialized.
This review is about the food.
I came here because it’s one of the few spots in the area that serves bagels with cream cheese. For the price, plus the extra charge for cream cheese, I was expecting more. There was barely a smear of cream cheese on the bagel.
If you want people to support local businesses, the quality should match or exceed the bigger chains. Unfortunately, this time, I could have gotten my money’s worth at Tim Hortons.
Nice vibes, good coffee
If I could give less than one star I would. Been here twice. Once in late 2020 ready to buy a fresh All City, but they could not tell me the final price, with upgrades. The other time, was today......ten minutes before close......no coffee. This is the most Prentiss bike shop I have ever been to, anywhere. It is a bummer since they have some good brands and stock. Strongly recommend avoiding. There are better bike shops EVERYWHERE.
I had a fantastic experience here! Travis was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, which made the entire buying process stress-free. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped me confidently make the decision to purchase the Kona Dew DL. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for great service, expertise and coffee!
Look, I wanna check out this place. But I don’t have my time available when they’re actually open. Bike and brew?? When do you think we’re drinking coffee. When do you think we’re actually riding our bikes?? How are you running a sustainable business… I have so many questions. I’m sure you’re a lovely people, but I question your business practices.
I find the service to be good overall, but I wish the attention to detail can be better.
Brought my bike in this summer to get some tuning in for the shifting and getting a new cassette/chain installed. After getting the bike back, shifting was decent, but there was more work I had to do at home after the service. I had to adjust my H/L screws on both my rear and front derailleur again, the rear derailleur needed to be aligned again w/ the barrel adjuster, the front derailleur was rubbing on the chain in the smallest and largest chainrings. Shimano brifters have a trim function and I am not sure if the tech accounted for that.
Best Bike Shop in the City and coffee and delicious treats too! Highly recommend !
They fix bikes good and make a damn good coffee.
Bought a Marin Nicasio 2 online and the preparation and delivery was super quick!
The bike is amazing, plus the team at Bike and Brew added some perks, thanks alot guys, amazing experience.

Just bought a bike from these guys online. It arrived as promptly as a bike can over a long weekend and was perfectly packaged. They were great to deal with and I love the bike.
I wish they were my local shop.
This place is absolutely fantastic! I messaged several companies (including the one I bought my bike from), and Bike and Brew were the first and only ones to reply to my inquiry.
They placed a fair assessment of my bike and its tuning needs without trying to up-sell or misguide.
They communicated openly and texted me once it was ready. My bike was quickly serviced and returned to me in excellent condition!
I am highly impressed and will be sure to use their services again if all remains the same! Well done :)
Have to give these guys a shout out, over the years I’ve collected 4 fixed gear bike, one mountain bike and one fat bike and no matter what I throw at these guys they are always able to help me out and get me “back in the race” I’ve gotten to know the staff over the years and trust and value the knowledge and experience! They have become my friends, plus the coffee, bagels and sandwiches, fantastic!!!!
Rude and snobby staff
Best bike / coffee shop in calgary!! friendly staff, awesome coffee, and they carry a great selection of reasonably priced aftermarket components, which is great because im always breaking something. They got the skills to pay the bills!
