They are excellent. Been there twice so far, and they are always very careful with my allergy (gluten intolerant). The food also tastes fantastic being gluten free. My fiance is Chinese, and this restaurant really made it easy for both of us to enjoy some enjoyable Chinese foodDietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegetarian

One of the only authentic Chinese cuisine in the south of the city.Mouth-watering chicken is one of the must try. Looking to try their special fried rice next time.I'm glad that it's not those simply "soy sauce mixed with rice" like

It's the 2nd time we have been here to the new location, and we were more disappointed on this visit than the last. The service and food were poor, and we really felt unvalued. It's almost like it's new owners, and they don't seem to care. We had great experiences at the old location so I just don't know what's happened. I don't see us going back.

Went out for a birthday dim sum. Not super busy so was worried about the dishes but was pleasantly surprised, food was very tasty. Unfortunately, the final dish, the egg tarts, were not amazing. Maybe Monday's an off night. Overall service was good, very attentive, would definitely go again.

I as well as my family have been dining and having delivery from Bills new location in Calgary for many years.
The food for dinner for 2–excellent— added an extra entree with the deep fried shrimp . It was so delicious and so good.
We recommend them highly.

Bill's is great for dim sum or dinner. This is our favourite place to go in the south of the city for more authentic Cantonese food options. They also have an authentic dinner menu where you can get things like salted fish fried rice and abalone yi mein. Dim sum is fantastic.

First time eating at Bill’s, food was fantastic got salt and pepper chicken, Cantonese noodles. Only thing is I ordered curry sauce, got charged for and didn’t get it. Still have to give it 5 star cause the food was so good.
Amazing dim sum that can be easily gluten free. Highly recommend for celiac and gluten free individuals.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and celiac are easily accommodated

The overall experience wasn’t that great. I was expecting a lot from what I’ve seen all over social media. The food was very oily and not good. It did not look like what it’s supposed to in photos. The service was super bad. Our server didn’t understand anything we said. She ended up just throwing our food on the table without telling us what it was. We were really confused. She also kept coming across, in front of my face to put the food down. I found that very rude. She also gave us incorrect food that we didn’t order then argued with me about it. They never checked up on us. We had to ask for waters more than 3 times when it should be the first thing to be given when seated. Customer service is definitely not a priority to them. We drove all the way from Airdrie for this place, only to be disappointed with everything. For the price I paid, it was definitely not worth it - at all. Take your money elsewhere!

It’s not bad going there especially when you’re craving dim sums. Instead of going to DT or NE, it’s nice to have one in the South. The service was great, we were approached and sat in less than several minutes. The only downside, we found a hair on our food, but overall great experience.
Very good food and service. We have a group of 12 Chinese having DIM SUM at Bill's on last weekend.when we arrived, the restaurant was almost full.Food came up on time and tasted very good, staffs were friendly and service was great!!We don't have to go to downtown for DIM SUM anymore!!!
