Complimentary breakfast for selected Bonvoy members are served in the 2nd floor at Bistro Novello. Each voucher can be redeemed for one set of breakfast and a coffee or tea, but our serve was nice enough to let us substitute for orange juices instead.

My friend opted for the full breakfast while I went with the berries pancake. Both are freshly prepared and plentiful - more than enough food for both of us.

TIP: you may ask to sit by the window where you get a lot of natural lighting instead of by the bar.

Delicious! Great service.

It's a nice restaurant with excellent service. Food options are good, but for vegetarians / Vegans, the possibilities are minimal. We need to improve on that front.

You need to check your coffee machine and/or water to bean ratio. This place has the most foul coffee I've ever tried. Not only that, but the toast clearly sits in a basket for hours prior to be placed on a plat as it arrived dust-level dry and burned.

Much like the hotel this restaurant is situated in, this place is entirely regrettable and not at all worth your patronage. You'd be better off grabbing some processed garbage from a fast food place.

Really good breakfast menu with multiple delicious items. Love the Chia seed pudding and chicken sausages.

Bistro had been recommended by a family member and I had the opportunity to have beeakfast there today. The Eggs Benedict did not disappoint. Hollandaise was perfect and the smashbrowns were crisp and well seasoned.Interacted with Karen and Hayley who were friendly and engaging. Will definitely return and recommend to local friends.

This Bistro lacked atmosphere and the decor was like a school canteen. It could use some artwork on the walls and maybe a rethink on the layout of the tables perhaps add some additional color. I was meeting a client and had never been to this venue but thought I would give it a try. My client and I had the same pear and arugula salad. I added a chicken breast which was dry and overcooked. My client ordered the crab cakes which were large and simply lumped on top of the salad. She did not love the crab cakes; the salad itself was tasty. I will add the staff were very engaging and helpful with the menu but it wont encourage me to return.

Other people came after us and their order was taken before ours. Very disappointed that the fries have changed. The fries that are now used are dreadful, limp and not appetizing at all. Shame this restaurant started out amazing and has gradually gone down hill.

Tuna poke bowl very good, pear arugula salad with salmon very good, dressing on the side as it was spicy. It was very slow service compared to usual. one server on the floor that we could see and she was also making drinks. Took too long. I would not recommend if someone needs a 1 hour lunch spot.

This is the perfect location for your meetings. Accessible parking, great ambiance, great staff, and quality food. Not a busy location so perfect for meetings and great conversation. The menu accommodates all dietary requirements and the staff is top-notch. Highly recommend.

I booked this restaurant for my mom’s birthday. Other than food, my experience could have been better. It took a long time for our order to arrive almost an hour wait, at that time it was only my family and another person dining in. We asked our server at that time for a family picture due to the fact that it was my mother’s birthday and the only time we get together, she refused and asked us to wait. We ended up taking a picture ourselves another server with the glasses noticed and came in to take a picture for us which is a nice gesture. In the end when they found out it was my mother’s birthday they got us a cake however it left a bittersweet feeling for us. We didn’t get our server’s name but she needs more customer service/ interpersonal training which can be beneficial for the future of this restaurant. This restaurant has a lot of potential , however it lacks certain aspects that a restaurant needs to retain its customers. We felt like a second priority as a first time customer. Due to that we are unlikely to return.

A perfect place in the hotel after a long day to unwind with delicious soup (we had the smooth and tasty carrot fennel soup - the accompanying crusty bread complimented the soup really well), entrees (the crust on the fish from the fish and chips was amazingly light and crispy) and their poutine made it a good dinner. We can't wait to try their Asian fusion dishes and their lunch grab and go bentos. Staff was very attentive and accommodating. Definitely a hidden gem.
