Quite possible the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I’m not sure what it is, but I feel like the freezer grocery store pizza would be better. I’m really not trying to be mean, but me and 2 buddies got 3 pizzas and we were very disappointed in all of them. The dough seemed to be the main culprit here. Maybe it didn’t rise properly, but it was kinda tasteless, crust was doughy and thick, almost like the dough was frozen and refrozen and didn’t rise properly. There was too much of it as well. Just a doughy mess. Toppings weren’t a saving grace either. I’m not sure if this was an off night or what, but I will not be ordering here again (at least the pizza). It was $60 for the 3 12 inch pizzas and we ended up throwing away half of each. None of us had never done that before. Hope they can get it together, this place has great reviews so I’m not sure why the pizza was so bad.

Such a lovely bistro. Food is so yummy. Very unique taste I would say. We ordered brisket and the brisket was so juicy and full of flavor. The lamb was good too. We requested a chili sauce and that made it even better. Both comes with a side. Very interesting way of cooking rice. Never had it - cooked rice crunchy on the outside soft and mushy on the inside. We also had pizza. It was ok. The crust was very thick. They gave us complimentary starter- bread with an oil dipping. Very yummy. Had a taste of oil and sour combined. The owner is from Tunisia. Very friendly. Checks on his customers frequently. The restaurant is nice too. They should have it nicely decorated though.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchair friends.

This little unassuming restaurant was a great find. This is my first visit, and I chose to pick up a couple of surprise bags to take home for our dinner. The portions of pasta were huge! We shared one for dinner, and will share the other tomorrow. The chef makes the hummous in-house (you can see one or two chick peas not quiiiiite blended in), as well as the tzatziki. I look forward to staying for dinner soon, and seeing the ambiance that seems hidden in the daylight.

Took a chance based on positive reviews. I know having a Restaurant is not easy, food prices are high. The pictures looked good but the pizza tasted like it was heated in the microwave, low in salt which is okay there's other ways to achieve flavor. Not to be mean, but o won't order from here again.

Loved the entire experience. The food was super good, best pizza I've had in Calgary(All halal). The chef/owner was friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was made from scratch and very fresh. The Amandines at the end was the cherry on top. 100% going there again. And again.

Great restaurant on 17th! Fauzi is an excellent chef and a pleasure to talk with and get to know if you get a chance.

Worst experience for me and for my family as well.We had a dinner in this restaurant, and of course we were so excited to try the buffet, but the food was so cold and old also no much choices only 3 or 4 kind that means not worth that much money, the pizza was with no topping in it.No salad choices and no dessert as well there is only some costco's brownis. No bread as well only if you ask for it.I will niver go back there.

Worst experience ever. We will never go back again. The food isn't worth money. It was cold. The pizza was burnt and almost had no topping. Ther were barely any desserts. We were so excited to try the seafood open buffet but it was not as expected. The seafood was only served if you asked for it. The chef told us that not everyone likes seafood, but if I don't like it why would I go in first place!!!!The service was horrible and the tables were not cleaned after costumers.

Amazing food, hidden gem in Forrest Lawn for sure! So flavourful, fresh, cooked to perfection. Had two rice dishes and a pasta dish. All 3 were good sized portions and well priced. Can't wait to try the pizza next time!! Staff are wonderful, polite, friendly.

Today was our first time visiting this restaurant. The atmosphere was very sunny and relaxing for our lunch. The food was delicious and flavorful with generous sized portions. The service was excellent and very personalized. Reasonable prices and exceptional value for your money. We will be back and definitely recommend this place.

Somewhat hidden place with great food and relaxing atmosphere, and all items are halal. We ordered a pizza and lasagna for late lunch, both items were served hot and tasty!Pizza crust had a good blend of crispy and softness. No soggy flatbread with the toppings falling right off here. The lasagna came out and the cheese was still bubbling. Awesome ratio of cheese to meat to noodle.Owner was very friendly and accommodating too. Will have to come back to try other items on the menu.
