Tables were filthy. Staff got my order wrong but quickly corrected it. I ordered my double burger without cheese but they added cheese in an attempt to fix it. But food was delicious and fries nice and hot. There was only two People working there. A meal for two was about $32. Overall I am happy but all tables were filthy.

BK Whopper Bar in Calgary Airport was quite disappointing. The food presentation and taste left much to be desired. The food I ordered was poorly assembled, and the taste didn’t stand out at all. The staff were inattentive; I had to ask for basic essentials like utensils and napkins. The coffee was bland, lacking any robust flavor. Additionally, the grease from the fried foods was not drained properly

I was glad to see a Burger King at the airport. I like their food and find it much better that most of the other offerings in the airport and most flights. There is lots of seating to enjoy your meal or you can do takeout. I really enjoy the breakfast menu.
Garbage customer service, tried to charge for free item and then claimed they couldn’t remove the item or cancel. Then messed up second order twice. Food cold and old. Didn’t expect much, got less than that.

Definitely a case where the picture doesn’t at all look like the reality. Can’t believe this combo was $11. I was curious to try breakfast as generally BK burgers are top of the fast food world, but man what a disappointment at YYC for breakfast.

I am surprised the management is still interested in keeping those people who provide the worst service. Are you reading this? I spent 19$ on breakfast, and I asked for hot water for my son, and this guy, on 9th May , 850 AM, said to go to another store. Food, as usual, was garbage, mini croissant, french sticks undercooked, and coffee as usual poor. Change your service, people. At worst, I would have expected to pay for a coffee for hot water. HOPELESS!!!

Awful service, the person working the till inputted my order incorrectly despite verbally confirming it.When i received the wrong food, I just wanted the correct food and didn’t care about the over charge. The till worker made such a big deal about $1.50 that it took nearly 25 minutes for me to get my poutine, it took so long I couldn’t even eat it before my flight! I had been in the location for an hour by that stage!Bad attitude, rude staff

Ordered a few burgers and some onion rings from here on Wednesday the onion rings were still raw, no mustard, mayo, ketchup or veggies on the burgers VERY DRY! I got the mushroom burger and the mushrooms tasted old and rotten! Very dirty atmosphere, and rude people when I asked for condiments for my burger(s). I understand you get what you pay...but if I'm paying $52 I expect to atleast have some lettuce!?

Ordered the chicken sandwich and fries and a drink. Cup was not filled with sode by attendant. Burned my mouth on the fries as well as the chicken patty in the sandwich. Expected better quality breaded chicken. Attendant was patient and polite.
