Josie (Joey) Lindström comes here. he is posing as a woman stealing real woman's photos, he wears a dress and goes into the girls bathroom waiting for underage girls. He has been caught before but only with a warning. If you see this transgender you need to do something about it before he touches another little girl

Using GPS to locate this restaurant and finding myself on the outer edge of what appears to be an industrial area, I thought I'd received incorrect information. However, it was correct. As the saying goes, "never judge a book by the cover". From the outside, this had the appearance of a basic office frontage and I really did begin to wonder what I was getting in to. On entering, the restaurant was empty all but for a handful of my co-workers which again made me wonder what we'd done. Our table was set for 11 and close to the food prep station which also doubled as a bar style seating area from which you can watch some elements being prepared. Very quickly, the restaurant began to fill and by the end of our meal it was completely packed - but not over crowded. My main dealing with staff involved the man who I believe was the owner or manager - very pleasant and accommodating when it came to working with our group. The staff were very attentive and willing to do whatever it took to enhance our experience. The food was excellent, cooked and served within view. The orders for drinks were quickly taken and then delivered. What I did find a little unusual but certainly nothing damning, was that soft drinks came in the can, not a drinks glass. Once the food orders were gathered the food was cooked in view. My colleagues had a variety of soups and salads as a starter followed by a mix of entrees, all of which looked great and all of which arrived within a few minutes despite the size of our party. I had the 1/2lb burger which tasted so good. Beautiful flavour, nicely seasoned and had the appearance of being home made, not purchased as a frozen patty and grilled. Accompanying the burger was home cooked wedges and fresh salad garnish. The garlic dressing on the burger was apparently a stronger flavour than I gave it credit for. The biggest shocker for me was the cost of the meal. I had actually budgeted for about $90 per head for the two guests in our party. Instead, I ended up paying less than $30 per head, which included drinks, tax and a 20% gratuity. Parking was plentiful and all within view of the restaurant. I didn't use the bathrooms and I cannot comment on these. I didn't notice any steps to negotiate making the restaurant easily accessible for those with mobility challenges.

Yesterday, 2nd October 2023, our first visit at 1pm.ok, this place is great. Tomato, roasted mushroom soup was probably the best soup we have ever had. I am not making this up! the Lamb shank for me and Meatloaf for my wife. These meals were so good. service was great.Reasonably priced and better quality than many similar restaurants.

Solid dining experience. Their sesame salad was surprisingly good.

Wow! Unbelievable fantastic! Total hidden gem. Didn't know what to expect walking up to the building but inside is a whole new world. Amazing food is an understatement. Great atmosphere and the service is next level. Loved every minute there. Will definately be coming back.Parking: A bit tough to find in the lot during the day but plenty of nearby street parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible door but they are happy and do open the door when you arrive and leave and are very attentive.

Wow!!I’d love to leave it at that, but I don’t think Google will let me so allow me to elaborate: Food is beyond excellent although when I go to new places I drive to try as many “local” places as possible, we ate here three times. Partly because it’s close to the office, mostly because it has GREAT FOOD.Service was good. We had one meal catered. Atmosphere is fine. I enjoyed the big windows even though the only eye candy was the vehicles and the people walking by.To me this is almost a Destination Restaurant. I love “Hole in the Wall” but this place is more than that.In short: if there is any way you can get to this place: DO IT!!! You will not regret it.

Best restaurant in Calgary!! Juan and Steve are excellent chefs, super hosts…I’d recommend to everyone!…And where else does the owner open the door for you as you leave? My definite ‘go to’ when in Calgary and have introduced this gem to many

I've been desperately wanting to check this place out, and I finally found some time to sneak off at lunch and check it out.I'm already planning my next visit.Black Apron has easily vaulted itself into my "top 5 burgers in Calgary" echelon. The Bacon Cheddar burger was unreal, and my friend had the Crispy Parm burger, which looked equally appealing. Not only was the food great, but the service was top-tier, along with the cozy modern atmosphere. There are so many items on the menu I want to try...I look forward to many returns.

Just had lunch there because I was in the area and the reviews were very good ( I don’t get why?!). I got the special which was ribeye steak sandwich with potato rösti (did sound very good). But it came out cold, my bread was soggy and the meat was very fatty. The rösti was very bland and the Caprese salad was tasteless. Service was slow, even though they were somewhat attentive. The cutlery is super old ( I had a hole in my steak knife) mugs were chipped, plates were cracked, decor old and tired. I don’t get how it can be the restaurant of the year but each to their own. For me spending $80 on a very mediocre lunch is not worth it. Was very unimpressed with the whole thing and disappointed.

Black Apron consistently nails their food. The menu changes often and every single item I have had is unreal. I'm so glad they won the Hidden Gem award because holy smokes is this place ever good. Absolutely recommended.
