Good quality, but inconsistent flavor IF you’re going for the avocado smoothie. On many occasions a very kind young man has been honest and told me that the avocados are not ripe enough for the smoothie, and bless him for not letting me waste $. I’d wasted at least $50+ on very mediocre avocado smoothies made with unripe avocados prior to this gentleman’s advice and was dumb enough to Keep going as I’m trying to gain weight with the fresh avocados. big lack of consistency, big fail. I’d also prefer to tip after getting my drink since it’s been a disappointment so many times, but you’re prompted for tip at the till. Annoying. I’d give 2.5 stars but 3 because of the kind soul who works there on weekends. Please give him a promotion.

I ordered a super oreo while i was here, and it was really good. i accidentally forgot to mention that i only wanted it to be 50% sweet, so when i brought it up, i felt really bad. the girl changed my order immediately, and made it again within a few minutes. if not for the drinks, come for the service :)

Was visiting from out of the province. The Matcha does not look anything like the picture on the display board. Please don't sell muddy Matcha. Matcha should have a vibrant green colour. Please fix this.

I frequently visit this boba shop and am regularly helped by the tall girl with the black hair and super cool eyeliner, she always makes the best boba. They have a ton of options to choose from that fit anyone’s flavour preferences 10/10 would recommend!!

Today my family and I bought from this location at 1:30 pm . The woman who took our order made our order big mass nothing right , she care about her phone and replying sms on her phone more than customers . She short timber she can’t answer or explain about any orders just care about her phone . She looks Asian with black pants and black top , thin body . You ruined our day 😡 I hope the owner can talk to you to be more patient with customers and leave your phone at your pocket

Unfortunately, this was probably the worst bubble tea I've ever had and will definitely be my first and last time here.
The staff weren't very knowledgeable and service was very slow. My parents asked a couple of questions which they couldn't answer. Now, when you order a matcha latte, you would expect it to be made with actual matcha tea. What I got was a drink made with some sort of subpar powder so the flavour was bland and the colour was a weird, pale green. The mango pearls weren't too memorable either.
The cup was almost half full with ice despite asking for light ice and they only filled our drinks part way up, leaving a good inch empty at the top.

SO MANY OPTIONS!!!! There is definitely something for everyone here! The sweet lady working took the time to explain the menu to me and my daughter find something good. She recommended the passionfruit green tea, and it was wonderful! Thank you Nikki- We will be back!
They couldn’t have been ruder. It was obvious the employees didn’t want to work and don’t appreciate business. The teller interrupted me to rudely tell me there is over a 10 minute wait.

We really enjoyed our bubble tea. I specially enjoyed the Jumbo Fruit Tea. It's so yummy and you can pick two toppings, plus all the fruit in it. There's two holes at the top of the bucket for two straws, so it's perfect for sharing. Or not, I could definitely have one of those just for myself haha.
