We ended up stopping in with the intention to enjoy a slice of pie and a coffee and ended up having a great lunch with coffee and pie to finish. This is a classic old school joint with character and personality, I'm glad nothing has changed over the years and it's stayed close to its roots. A true piece of Calgary history
Our waitress was friendly & service was quick. I would recommend the 9.50 breakfast with 2 sausage 2 eggs hash browns & 1 toast. It was delicious 😋... Will return to try out the desserts...
Our trip to YYC wouldn’t be complete without his slice of lemon meringue pie, which has a thin, light crust, tart, smooth lemon custard, and a pillow of meringue. Happy 😊.
