Came into tonight to grab a couple drinks without a reservation. Despite the whole restaurant being seated the staff went above and beyond finding us a seat and getting drinks put through for us very timely. We were constantly made sure we were happy and I have to say the service was probably the best I’ve seen in Calgary and we eat out a lot! Special shoutout to ANDREW the manager absolutely insane customer service! And same with the other gentleman behind the bar! And amazing food and drinks!!!

Blanco cantina is my absolute favourite taco spot in downtown Calgary. Incomparable to any of the other spots due to their amazing staff amazing food and unbeatable prices. Brittany has been my server multiple times and her service is always on point. So attentive kind and knowledgeable plus chats with her always keep me coming back! Also shoutout Derrick the bartender he’s also great. Thank you blanco for the good food staff and atmosphere I’ll be back next week :)

This review is based on actually have eaten a lot in Mexico, and the fact that we've only now eaten at Blanco only once - so take it as you will. We had the chips and dips for an appetizer. Really good. Our other dishes terrible. lol. The worst offender of all were the enchiladas. The tomato sauce tasted like tomato sauce out of jar. Absolutely not Mexican. That dish was enough to not return to this place. Disaster. I'd definitely look for another Mexican restaurant.
