I made a reservation on opentable for lunch, but it turned out I didn’t need to. When we arrived, I saw a sign saying we could sit anywhere. Still, since I had a reservation, I wanted to check in with a server.
There was a lady decorating Christmas stuff right in front of us who didn’t say hello or acknowledge us at all—just gave us a cold stare. We were treated like we were invisible. There were a few awkward minutes where the staff clearly saw us but still left us standing there, waiting to be noticed.
Eventually, a server from the bar came over while we were all still standing there. I told her I had a reservation, and it still took a while for us to be seated. We were the only customers at that time, and I don’t understand why it took so long, especially since it was only 11:45 a.m.
We chose this place because we live nearby and wanted to introduce it to my parents, but I think I made the wrong choice because we didn’t feel welcomed. The food was okay, but as a returning customer, I was disappointed with the service today.

We loved our server Anya and everytime we come we ask for her!!
Constantly had empty drinks, had to constantly try and hunt down our waitress to order food or more drinks- after all that then sat watching our drinks sit on bar for 10 mins, went up myself and asked bartender if I could take them myself. Kudos to bartender, drinks were very good- I'm told from frievds with us, the Pina Coladas the best she's ever tasted. Had the beef tacos and was so dry didn't even finish - wings were over cooked, nachos cold- woukd go back for drinks anytime (sitting only at bar) but woukd not return for the food or service
Food portions smaller than before. Food not as good. Server was very friendly but service was very slow.

Our server was fantastic. The food was very good. Liked the ambience of the restaurant - it's very authentic Mexican decor and food and a fun place to dine.

Service is poor however the food is delicious and on Tuesdays is a great deal for what you are getting.

First off, our server was great. I think this location is GREALTY understaffed, or the focus of the staff is not aligned with providing great service. We witnessed two tables leave because they weren't served at all - not even water. The food is okay, it was better when the restaurant first opened. The cleanliness has declined over time.

Food was great and fresh and Grat value. I went on taco Tuesday so half price! Server was excellent and was from a different location helping out. He was fantastic! I live few minutes away and always go to Blanco happy hour and taco Tuesday. Thanks!
