This used to be a good place to eat. The server who brought us water had crumbs all over her shirt. The food while it tasted good...within an hour had my daughter and myself pulling over at a gas station with serious GI issues. The waitress was great and attentive. Different from the server who brought the water. After this, we won't be eating here again.

Service was slow and food was only lukewarm. Obviously our food was not delivered to our table immediately after being made. Also, food was decent, but not as good as I was expecting. Won't likely return anytime soon.

It was good food once we were able to order, and finally received the food. We had a reservation and the table was dirty when seated at it, had to ask them to wipe it. The host gave us some menus & water and then it took quite some time before being met by a server to order drinks. There was only one bartender/ host and 2 servers...could have possibly used more staff to accommodate all patrons in a timely manner. We had to flag the server down to get the toppings we ordered for the tacos (and were an extra charge), and also had to flag her down to order a 2nd drink. We were trying to be patient and kind but overall we felt frustrated by the 1st time experience here. Maybe if a New Year's Eve, would suggest one or two more staff members.

The lime margarita was very watery and tasted like there was no tequila in it. We requested a quesadilla with ONLY chicken and cheese and it came out with onions and tomatoes, and the beef burrito had hardly any beef and was basically all rice. Food was very disappointing. My husband ordered one more beer and 10 minutes later asked for the cheque, and the cheque still came before the beer.

Service is always excellent. Unfortunately our tacos were left under the heat lamp on the pass through a bit long making the shells dry. That's not usual. The majority of the time the shells are perfect. The food was a 3 star this round versus the usual 5.

I made a reservation on opentable for lunch, but it turned out I didn’t need to. When we arrived, I saw a sign saying we could sit anywhere. Still, since I had a reservation, I wanted to check in with a server.
There was a lady decorating Christmas stuff right in front of us who didn’t say hello or acknowledge us at all—just gave us a cold stare. We were treated like we were invisible. There were a few awkward minutes where the staff clearly saw us but still left us standing there, waiting to be noticed.
Eventually, a server from the bar came over while we were all still standing there. I told her I had a reservation, and it still took a while for us to be seated. We were the only customers at that time, and I don’t understand why it took so long, especially since it was only 11:45 a.m.
We chose this place because we live nearby and wanted to introduce it to my parents, but I think I made the wrong choice because we didn’t feel welcomed. The food was okay, but as a returning customer, I was disappointed with the service today.

Every time I come to this location, they screw up my order. I'm allergic to jalapeños and cilantro and it always has it on it and whether they pick it off or what I'm not sure they need to do better.
