Used to come here all the time but the menu has changed for the worst. They got rid of the best menu items and only have the most basic fare now. Very dissapointing. Will not return for this menu, not worth it.

Best burgers in town. I love a good burger. The bun is brioche, the burger is about 1/3 pound and seasoned to perfection, and the toppings are fresh. It's sooo good. The atmosphere is vibrant and friendly customer service.

Came here in the afternoon for a quick bite. Servers were excellent. The restaurant feels most similar to being in an airport - it's an oasis from the hustle and bustle outside. Food was all very well priced. I had the fried chicken Bao - serving size was amazing. The fry was great but the chicken itself may not have been the best cut - but overall it's a fun spot.

We had Devora and she was so efficient and kind. You could tell she's a veteran server. I mean the food was great for a casino and the cost. Luckily they even did a gluten free burger for my husband. 4 glasses of wine and dinner for $70.

A friend and I went to the Blaze Bar to grab some YYC ice cream fest ice creams for us and our two kids before a concert at the Event Centre, but it was a total gong show. We didn’t know there were 3 bad locations in the casino, and then none of them knew about the ice cream fest item, even though the event said it was at the Blaze bar, and the bar itself had the placard advertising the item! It took over 20 minutes of running around with our kids waiting outside the building before we got our delicious ice cream bar. So I can’t speak to their food or regular service, but the communication among staff about a publicized event affecting their menu was very poor.

When you order “dry garlic ribs “
Make sure you know your only getting 5 Riblets, and if 1 is full of fat , then you only get 4!

The food was decent, definitely well priced in this economy, the service was atrocious, they forgot to put our order in so we waited and watched as people around us ate and left, we requested beverages when our food was brought out but they brought them once we were done the food, same thing with the dessert menu so we opted not to order more. We'll possibly try it out again or one of the other restaurants, I think we may have had a bad server.

My first time and Blaze Bar &Grill was the perfect place to have Appetizers and a meal. Great portions, delicious tasting food. Great customer service. Will definitely come back to try the other restaurants.
Great place to visit
I booked about a week in advance and requested a regular table with regular chairs. I did this because I knew it was an event night and thought the restaurant would be busy. My reservation was at 6 p.m. I noticed a number of people being seated in the restaurant before us. When we got to the reservation desk we were told to wait because the people who were at our reserved table had just sat down at 5:30 pm. About 15 minutes later we were told there were only high tables available. Because we wanted to sit, we were shown to a high table. We asked the hostess to explain to us what was the purpose of making a reservation if we were going to be seated in the same order as everyone else who appeared at the seating podium. She had no answer other than they were just so busy because it was an event night. On the way to our high table we noticed people getting up from a low table and asked it we could be moved there. She said that we could, so we had to wait again until it was cleaned. When we got to the low table my seat had water sitting on it and there were no menus. The hostess seemed extremely flustered and unaware of what was happening throughout the restaurant. I thought better management of the restaurant was required. The food and drink were pedestrian at best. There were no dark beers on tap and the food was quite bland and much like I could easily have made at home. The tastiest part of the whole meal were six small coconut shrimp for an appetizer at $16. For some weird reason there were potatoes in my stir fry, seemed like they were used as filler. My friend had ginger beef, again like you could get at any Food Court. There was nothing special or tasty about this meal. I felt quite disappointed and would not recommend attending this restaurant, especially on an event night. It was my friend's birthday and I felt there was nothing special about this celebration at this location. Too bad because I was really looking forward to it.
Very accomodating to my brother's dietary restrictions. Once we were served, the waitress (who was very pleasant and friendly), basically disappeared till I flagged her down for our bill. Understandable though as the restaurant was very busy (Saturday nite) and seemed low on staff. Definitely reccomend that you make a reservation as this place gets really busy with a long wait line if you don't. Food taste and portions were great!
Very accommodating; I was able to add my kids to the reservation with a one-hour call-in before my scheduled time, which was greatly appreciated. The food was fantastic. The waiter was prompt, informative, and very kind. I have dined here before, and in my eyes this place is simply perfect. love it
