My wife has celiac and we were very clear with the waiter. Within 2 hours it was very clear they didn't take care of her allergy. Very disappointing and staff should have to go through what she did in order to wake up and take this seriously.
Quite little gem in downtown Calgary. The perfect place when you want to relax and have a genuine conversation (no shouting required!) Attentive service and excellent food. Loved the attention to allergies--you really made us welcome!
Cute place for a bite of pasta and pizza. The Pasta portions look small but its very heavy.
Wonderful food and atmosphere! Our server, Tatum, was very helpful and kind. It was our first time at Anabelle's but it definitely will not be our last 😁
Our hostess was extremely uninviting. My husband and I ordered the short ribs. It came with one rib which you could barely cut with a knife. Our friend ordered the Caesar salad which did not resemble a Caesar salad and she did complain to our server. The whole experience here was very disappointing.
This restaurant is fantastic! I don't know who this Annabelle character is, but if I did, I'd give her a fine compliment on her cooking and serving staff. I say! A delightful meal!
We had tickets to something at The Jack Singer, and even though they didn't know this the food came out quick and was very good. The staff were very friendly and quick to serve us. I would go there again.
Great place for our work team to have a good lunch meeting. The food was delicious as usual and it wasn't as loud as some downtown places get so we could have a good working session. Great lunch spot!
We stopped by 7:30PM on a Saturday evening, and the restaurant was busy but not too crowded. We ordered the eggplant tapenade bruschetta and a lime carrot ginger soup to start, and for our main dishes I had the squid ink linguine with prawns while my wife had the red pepper radiatori with spicy Italian sausage. We were too full to try any of the desserts. Service was fast and efficient, and the dishes were flavourful without being overwhelming.

This had excellent service, and ever one liked there dinner. I had a pizza and the crust was a little thicker than thin crust, but that the way I like it.

Service was good, the staff were incredibly attentive and kind. They did mess up one drink order, but they were more than happy to correct it. Our appetizers were good but the mains were very disappointing. The pasta was very undercooked, to the point where the pasta was almost hard. I wasn't impressed with the flavors either.

Had the Heart of glass pizza and colleague had another type of pizza. Toppings were delicious but dough left a lot to be desired.

Shared a salad and pizza and both were delicious. Plenty of food to share. Beautiful ambience, loved the lighting, plants and little lights. Service was attentive and friendly. Large selection of wines served by the bottle, although only 4 whites to choose from by the glass.
Super attentive and fast service. Great atmosphere, and some of the best tasting Italian food in the city. Brought our family here to celebrate a birthday and everyone left happy, satisfied, and raving about their meal. All the pizza options were great and highly recommend the squid ink linguini. Highly recommend and will definitely be on my list of go to places to eat in Calgary.
