We were craving cupcakes (wink) and all the locations were closed on Sunday. Bliss was open and could deliver to our soirée.

Everyone loved the cupcakes. The chocolate cake base reminded us of a family chocolate cake recipe. The buttercream icing was thick and met the baker in the group’s approval.

I loved the mint chocolate, the strawberry ones were a big hit with the kids. We ordered a 6 pack and some additional flavours and they all went down a treat!

One of the kids was thrilled everything was nut free and she could take a leftover cupcake to school the next day. Yay Bliss!

I had an appointment in this part of the city and noticed this establishment. I have heard excellent reviews and ordered three different cupcakes and a lemon bread.

The lemon bread was the most moist pastry I have ever tasted, and all three cupcakes were delicious, moist and retained their flavour even after being refrigerated for several days. If you are looking for exceptional cupcakes in YYC, I highly recommend taking the drive to the northwest and purchasing some from this establishment.

I will certainly return to try other flavours and other sweet treats.

Having had a nut allergy my whole life I've never really been able to just walk into a store and get anything I want. This was such a great experience and everything I took home was absolutely delicious. What a special treat!!!

My son asked for cat cupcakes for his birthday, I asked Bliss & Co if they could pull it off and they turned out amazing! My son's birthday party was also on a Sunday, and we were able to pick them up on Sunday at crossroads market no problem, thanks again Bliss & Co!

To celebrate our engagement, my partner ordered a vanilla cake with chocolate filling from Bliss Bakery. As someone with a severe peanut and tree nut allergy, finding safe—and delicious—baked goods is incredibly rare. This cake exceeded all expectations. It was absolutely incredible, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. We’re already looking forward to trying more from Bliss Bakery soon!

This bakery is my go to spot every time I come here to Brentwood, there is an assortment of desserts ranging from cupcakes, cakes (slices or full),drinks, brownies, cookies and cinnamon buns. My favourites are the butter tarts, sticky toffee pudding and carrot cake. The cakes itself are really moist and the the butter tarts has this great caramel flavour making it a star item for myself. One thing to note, the desserts are pretty sweet, so if you’re not into sweet things I’d be aware of it. Every time I go the staff is always friendly and helpful and the place itself is really cute although there isn’t much seating. Overall I do recommend this place for a nice sweet treat.

Ordered over the phone cupcakes on a board. Cost is way too overpriced for the final result. Why charge 20 for the cake board and cupcakes to be arranged in a simple circle.

Been here a few times, food is good but service is not very friendly. Almost passive aggressive in a way, especially when you just buy 1 cookie or 1 cupcake instead of a few items, the attitude they give off is very unhappy :(

I LOVE your products. Your ginger cookies are soft and chewy, and just the right amount of gingery. I was a bit disappointed that the icing in the middle wasn't cream cheese frosting. Can you consider making them with cream cheese frosting? Thank you.
