After a a hot, fabulous Stampede weekend it turned cold and rainy, Blue Vinny’s was close with a nice menu for a late breakfast. Beautiful presentation, yummy home cooking food. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked for rainy day activities. There isn’t much to do in the town itself when it’s raining, but she had some helpful suggestions.
Ordered blueberry pancakes with a side of bacon. Was served two super small pancakes and left absolutely famished and decided to go to Dennys for a proper portion. There should have been 6 or 8 of those mini pancakes on the plate.
Lovely ambience and staff but unfortunately the food was disappointing. There was an odd popcorn butter taste to every food item which threw me off. The effort was there but the execution could be improved.
