Cx service and food items specially bakery products by old owner we’re marvellous , no good bakery products no cc service by new people who bought it

The original owner sold the shop they were very good in cx service and bakery items specialty cakes were awesome . I ordered cake twice was not good now even the cx service by new owner was not respectful. Never recommend to anyone anymore . Don’t water your money there

Ordered a cake yesterday and the taste was horrible. Sponge cake was undercooked, the cream was not fresh at all. I've ordered cakes from this bakery before and they are always delicious. When I complained, the guy was adamant that it tastes as good as it should be. I left the cake in the bakery without any money back or apology. This was my last time ordering from here. Very poor service.

Ruby she was rude and she will customize your cake according to her choice not yours
And if you ask her about why you you did it she asked for more money to change it even if you have text messages as a proof
They charge extra 8$ just to write happy birthday on cake which was ordered 3 days ago. Very bad customer service

I recently tried the cake here and unfortunately, it was a letdown. The texture was extremely dry, and the flavor was unpleasant—almost artificial. For the high price, I expected much better quality. There are far better options elsewhere in Calgary in terms of both taste and value. I won’t be returning.

Absolutely horrible experience with food and service.
This is not the first time I have ordered here , I have been ordering all the birthday cakes for last few years.
I ordered butterscotch cake and when I went to pick it up I had my concerns as it didn’t look like what I have been getting over the years , anyways I paid for it.
Guess what ! it wasn’t what flavour I ordered , I went back with it to the store next day as we were not gonna have something that we didn’t order.
The lady / owner who ever I spoke to started yelling on the phone and arguing about it.
I just left the cake and got out of the store.
Absolutely ridiculous behaviour.

I ordered pistachio rasmalayi cake and they give me the normal one

ordered off a food waste app. the value was suppossed to be $24 but they only gave 2 pieces of cake. shockingly cheap and petty when getting rid of extra food

Really this bakery is overpriced
I bought a cake normal regular cake worth 45$ approx but I paid around 100$ for that normal regular cake and it was not even customized one.
Please check other bakeries as this is not budget friendly bakery

If they do care about customer service then please reach me or reply me as I really want to know how come you guyz are overcharging for regular cakes

I am taking tiffin service from Bombay Bakery, the food is excellent! Everything is very fresh, and they serve a different sabji every day. The meals are always delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. I’m really happy with their service!
